Mantotu sistēmu iteratīva migrācija ar Camunda procesu orķestrēšanas sistēmas palīdzību

Abstract

Šis darbs koncentrējas uz modelēta uzņēmuma Gamma migrāciju no mantotās sistēmas uz Camunda procesu orķestrēšanas sistēmu. Darba gaita ir aplūkotas migrācijas procesā iesaistītās procedūras, izceļot problēmas, stratēģijas un sākotnējos iteratīvā migrācijas procesa posmus. Gan uzņēmuma modeļa izveidē, gan migrācijas soļu definīcijā autors balstījās uz savu personīgo pieredzi, strādājot par programmatūras izstrādātāju un īpaši strādājot ar sistēmām, kurās bija integrētas ar Camunda orķestrēšanas risinājumu, lai unificētu visas to biznesa procesu plūsmas. Darba pirmajā daļā, autors aplūko problēmas, kas saistītas ar mūsdienās uzņēmējdarbībā izmantotajām mantotajām sistēmām. Pētījumā ir analizēti šķēršļi, kas traucē sekmīgam migrācijas procesam organizācijās. Teorētiskā daļā ir izklāstīti arī galvenie Camunda orķestrēšanas sistēmas jēdzieni un funkcijas. Darba analītiskajā daļā autors apraksta Gamma biznesa, tā mantotās sistēmas un biznesa procesu parametrus un īpašības. Tiek apskatīti iespējamie ieguvumi un problēmas, kā arī iemesli Camunda un iteratīvās migrācijas stratēģijas izmantošanai. Praktiskajā daļā ir aprakstīta migrācijas pirmā iterācija. Šis posms ietver migrācijas pirmās iterācijas procesa izvēli. Tālāk ir izklāstīti migrācijas procesa posmi, kā piemēru izmantojot izvēlēto procesu. Šajā darbā ir veikta izpēte par problēmām un panākumiem, ar kuriem var saskarties mantoto sistēmu migrācijas sākotnējā posmā. Tas sniedz ieskatu par plašākām mantoto sistēmu migrācijas sekām un ieguvumiem, ka ari priekšlikumus orķestrēšanas sistēmu izmantošanai šim nolūkam. This work focuses on the migration of a modeled company, Gamma, from a legacy system to the Camunda process orchestration system. The workflow discusses the procedures involved in the migration process, highlighting the problems, strategies, and initial stages of the iterative migration process. Both in the creation of the business model and in the definition of the migration steps, the author relied on his personal experience as a software developer and in working with systems that were integrated with the Camunda orchestration solution to unify all their business process flows. In the first part of the thesis, the author discusses the issues related to legacy systems that are used in business today. The paper analyses the obstacles that hinder the successful migration process in organizations. The theoretical part also presents the main concepts and functions of the Camunda orchestration system. In the analytical part of the paper, the author describes the parameters and characteristics of the Gamma business, its legacy system and business processes. It also discusses the potential benefits and challenges, as well as the reasons for using Camunda and the iterative migration strategy. The practical part describes the first iteration of the migration. This stage involves the selection of the process for the first iteration of the migration. Next, the steps of the migration process are described using the selected process as an example. In this work, research has been carried out on the problems and successes that can be expected in the initial phase of migration of legacy systems. It provides insights into the wider implications and benefits of legacy systems migration, as well as proposals for using orchestration systems for this purpose. The thesis is 62 pages long and contains 8 images. The number of literature and information sources used in the thesis is 40.
