Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Latvijas akciju tirgus analīze”. Bakalaura darba mērķis veikt Latvijas akcijas tirgus analīzi un sniegt priekšlikumus Latvijas akciju tirgus attīstības veicināšanai. Bakalaura darba struktūra sastāv no teorētiskās un divām praktiskajām daļām. Darba pirmā nodaļa ir veltīta akciju teorētiskajam pamatojumam, lai gūtu priekšstatu par akciju būtību un kategorijām, akciju tirgus nozīmi uzņēmuma attīstībā un akciju tirdzniecību. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikta detalizēta Latvijas akciju tirgus analīze, izskatot akciju tirgus kopējo raksturojumu Latvijā, kā arī Latvijas akciju emitentu raksturojumu. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikts apkopojums par Latvijas akciju tirgus attīstības problēmām un attīstības iespējām. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi, autore izmantoja pētijuma metodes: monogrāfiskā jeb aprakstošā metode, salīdzināšanas metode, analītiskā metode, statistiskā metode, grafiskā metode un loģiski konstruktīvā metode. The topic of the Bachelor's thesis is "Analysis of the Latvian Stock Market." The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to conduct an analysis of the Latvian stock market and provide suggestions for the promotion of the Latvian stock market development. The structure of the Bachelor's thesis consists of theoretical and two practical parts. The first section of the thesis is dedicated to the theoretical foundation of stocks to gain an understanding of the essence and categories of stocks, the significance of the stock market in company development, and stock trading. In the second section, a detailed analysis of the Latvian stock market is carried out, examining the overall characteristics of the stock market in Latvia, as well as the characteristics of Latvian stock issuers. The third section provides a summary of the problems and development opportunities of the Latvian stock market. To achieve the goal of the Bachelor's thesis, the author employed research methods, including the monographic (descriptive) method, comparative method, analytical method, statistical method, graphical method, and logical-constructive method.
