SIA “X” saimnieciskās darbības analīze

Abstract

Mūsdienās, saimnieciskās darbības analīze uzņēmējdarbības vidē ir ieguvusi plašu atzinību un tā galvenokārt tiek pielietota, lai uzņēmuma vadība spētu objektīvi un efektīvi realizēt savus lēmumus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt Sabiedrības ar ierobežotu atbildību “X” saimnieciskās darbības analīzi un uz analīzes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus saimnieciskās darbības izaugsmes veicināšanai. Bakalaura darbā ir aprakstīta uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības finansiālās analīzes teorētiskie aspekti un veikta finanšu analīze SIA “X”. Finanšu analīzes pamatā tika aprēķināti dažādi rādītāji un aprēķini, uz kuru pamata tika veikta uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības analīze un attīstības novērtēšana. Bakalaura darbā tika veikta bilances absolūto rādītāju noviržu analīze, aprēķināti likviditātes, rentabilitātes un maksātspējas rādītāji. Tika veikta šo rādītāju analīze un novērtējums četru pārskata periodu laika robežās. Aprēķinu dati tika salīdzināti un novērtēti rādītāju nākotnes tendences. Darbā tika pētīta un novērtēta uzņēmuma finansiālā situācija, stabilitātes un attīstības iespējas, pamatojoties uz iegūtiem aprēķinu datiem. Darba nobeigumā tika izdarīti secinājumi par uzņēmuma finanšu analīzē iegūtajiem rezultātiem un izteikti priekšlikumi efektīvākai saimnieciskās darbības saglabāšanai. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 69 lpp., satur 8 tabulas, 8 attēlus un 9 pielikumus.

Today, the analysis of economic activity in the business environment has gained wide recognition and is mainly used to enable management to implement their decisions objectively and effectively. The aim of this bachelor`s these is to analysis the economic activity of the limited liability company “X” and on the basis of the analysis to develop proposals to promate the growth of the economic activity. Theoretical aspects of financial analysis og the company`s economic activity were examined in the thesis, and a financial analysis of SIA “X” was performed. Various indicators and calculations were established for the financial analysis, which formed the basis for the analysis and evaluation of the development of the company`s economic activity. An analysis of the absolute deviations of the balance sheet, liquidity, profitability, and solvency ratios were performed, and the analysis and ecaluation of these indicators were carried out within four reporting periods. Calculation data were compared, and future trends of the indicators were evaluated. The financial situation, stability, and development opportunities of the company were studied and evaluated based on the obtained calculation data. To conclude, this thesis has drawn on the results obtained from the financial analysis of the company, and suggestions were for more effective business maintenance. The scope of the bachelor`s thesis is 69 pages, including 8 tables, 8 images, and 9 appendices.
