BIM nodaļas izveide uzņēmumā.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis bija pētīt būves informācijas modeļu izmantošanas procesu nekustamo īpašumu attīstības un būvniecības uzņēmumā, kā arī izstrādāt ieteikumus jaunas BIM nodaļas izveidei. Darba uzdevums bija identificēt esošās problēmas un iespējas, kuras saistītas ar BIM ieviešanu. Pētījuma ietvaros tika veikta literatūras analīze par BIM priekšrocībām būvniecībā, kā arī aplūkotas esošās tendences. Tika veikta aptauju analīze starp Latvijas nozares speciālistu uzņēmumiem, lai izvērtētu BIM ieviešanas stadiju un iespējas nozarē. Darbs sniedz ieteikumus par BIM nodaļas izveidi uzņēmumā. Galīgais rezultāts ir priekšlikumi, kas var kalpot kā pamats uzņēmumam, kurš vēlas integrēt BIM procesus savā darbībā un uzlabot projektu vadību. Šī bakalaura darba rezultāti var būt noderīgi inženiertehniskiem uzņēmumiem, kuri vēlas uzlabot efektivitāti.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to explore the process of using building information models in the real estate development and construction industry and to develop recommendations for establishing a new BIM department. The task of the thesis was to identify existing problems and opportunities related to the implementation of BIM. Within the scope of the research, a literature analysis was conducted on the advantages of BIM in construction, as well as the current trends. A survey analysis was carried out among Latvian industry specialists to assess the stage of BIM implementation and opportunities in the sector. The thesis provides recommendations for establishing a BIM department within the company. The final results consist of proposals that can serve as a foundation for companies looking to integrate BIM processes into their operations and improve project management. The findings of this bachelor's thesis may be useful for engineering companies seeking to enhance efficiency.
