Pakalpojumi cilvēkiem bez noteiktas dzīvesvietas Kuldīgas novadā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir “Pakalpojumi cilvēkiem bez noteiktas dzīvesvietas Kuldīgas novadā”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kādus sociālos pakalpojumus saņem cilvēki bez noteiktas dzīvesvietas Kuldīgas novadā, kā sociālie darbinieki iesaistās ar bezpajumtniecību saistīto problēmu risināšanā. Darba struktūra ietver ievadu un četras nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļās autore apskata bezpajumtniecības problēmu Latvijā un citviet pasaulē, otrajā nodaļā autore pievēršas sociālās iekļaušanās problēmai un valsts iespējamajam atbalstam šīs problēmas risināšanā. Trešajā nodaļā autore velta uzmanību tieši Kuldīgas pašvaldībai un to iespējām risināt bezpajumtniecības problēmu. Ceturtajā nodaļā autore izstrādā un apraksta praktiskā pētījuma metodoloģiju, apkopo pētījuma rezultātus un izdara secinājumus. Datu ieguvei izmantotas daļēji strukturētās intervijas, bet datu analīzes veikšanai izmantota kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze, tās ietvaros sniegtas atbildes uz izvirzītajiem jautājumiem un izdarīti secinājumi. Darbā tiek secināts, ka cilvēki bez noteiktas dzīvesvietas neizmanto visu piejamo atbalstu. Kā arī darbā tiek secināts, ka nepieciešams atjaunot pašvaldību dzīvojamos fondus, lai mazākaisargāto cilvēku grupām būtu piekļuves dzīvojamām plātībām par zemāku cenu.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is “Services for people without a fixed place of residence in Kuldiga county”. The aim of the work is to find out what social services are received by people without a fixed place of residence in Kuldīga county, how social workers are involved in solving problems related to homelessness. The structure of the work includes an introduction and four chapters. In the first chapters, the author examines the problem of homelessness in Latvia and elsewhere in the world, in the second chapter, the author focuses on the problem of social inclusion and the possible support of the state in solving this problem. In the third chapter, the author pays attention to the municipality of Kuldīga and its possibilities to solve the problem of homelessness. In the fourth chapter, the author develops and describes the methodology of the practical research, summarizes the research results and draws conclusions. Semi-structured interviews were used for data collection, while qualitative content analysis was used for data analysis, within which answers were given to the raised questions and conclusions were drawn. The work concludes that people without a fixed place of residence do not use all available support. Also, the work concludes that it is necessary to renew the housing funds of the municipalities so that groups of vulnerable people have access to living space at a lower price.
