Profesionālās ētikas principi starpprofesionālājā komandā ilgstošas aprūpes iestādē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Profesionālās ētikas principi starpprofesionālājā komandā ilgstošas aprūpes iestādē”. Darba mērķis ir teorētiski un praktiski izpētīt ētikas principu pielietošanu starpprofesionāļu komandā ilgstošas aprūpes iestādē, noskaidrot pašus būtiskākos ētikas principus efektīvai starpprofesionāļu sadarbībai un noteikt profesionālās ētikas izpratni un izmantošanu prakses situācijās starpprofesionāļu komandas sadarbībā. Darba teorētisko ietvaru veido normatīvā ētika. Detalizēti raksturota ētikas standartu un principu prakse Latvijā - sociālajā darbā un saistītajās palīdzošajās profesijās. Empīriskajā pētījumā izmantots kvalitatīvais pētījuma dizains - fenomenoloģiskā pieeja, fokusgrupas diskusijas ar ekspertiem. Pētījums atklāj, ka starpprofesionāļu komandas darbā un sadarbībā tiek izmantoti ētikas principi, kas ietekmē situāciju uzlabošanos ilgstošas aprūpes iestādē.

The theme of the Bachelor's work is “Principles of professional ethics in the interprofessional team in a long-term care facility.” The purpose of the work is to study theoretically and analyse practically the application of ethical principles in the work of the interprofessional team in a long-term care facility, as well as to clarify the most relevant ethical principles for effective interprofessional cooperation and to determine the understanding and use of professional ethics in practice situations in cooperation among the members of the interprofessional team. The theoretical framework consists of normative ethics. The practice of ethical standards and principles in Latvia, in social work and related assisting professions, is described in detail. The empirical study is based on the qualitative research design - phenomenological approach is utilised and as the primary method for data collection the focus group discussion with experts is used. The study reveals that ethical principles are used in interprofessional teamwork and collaboration, which could influence the improvement of quality of care in a long-term care facility.
