Sociālā darbinieka lomas bērnu tiesību un interešu aizstāvības nodrošināšanā ģimenēs

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Sociālā darbinieka lomas bērnu tiesību un interešu aizstāvības nodrošināšanā ģimenēs”. Darba izpētes mērķis ir noskaidrot un gūt izpratni, kā sociālie darbinieki izprot bērnu tiesības un intereses un savas lomas bērnu tiesību un interešu aizstāvībā un, kā tas tiek nodrošināts sociālā darba prakses ietvaros. Kā arī, vai sociālā darba praksē ir pietiekami ar pieejamo resursu klāstu problēmas risināšanai. Lai sasniegtu nosprausto mērķi, autore ir izvirzījusi uzdevumus apskatīt un analizēt bērnu tiesību un interešu teorētisko skaidrojumu, raksturot sociālā darbinieka lomas un pētījuma ietvaros noskaidrot, kā sociālie darbinieki nodrošina bērnu tiesības un intereses sociālā darba praksē, arī profesionālo lomu kontekstā. Pētījuma objekts – sociālie darbinieki, kas veic sociālo darbu darbam ar ģimenēm ar bērniem un/vai jauniešiem. Pētījuma priekšmets – sociālo darbinieku sociālā darba prakse bērnu tiesību un interešu nodrošināšanā un profesionālo lomu īstenošana. Darbā tiks apskatīts tēmas teorētiskais pamatojums un pētījuma ietvaros tiks veiktas intervijas ar sociāliem darbiniekiem darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem un jauniešiem. Kursa darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskā pamatojuma daļas, metodoloģijas un pētījumu analīzes. Teorētiskajā pamatojumā tiek aplūkots bērnu tiesību un interešu jēdziens gan Latvijas, gan starptautiskā kontekstā, makro līmeņa stratēģijas un attīstības plāni bērnu tiesību un interešu nodrošināšanā un uz bērnu centrētas pieejas iekļaušanu sociālā darba praksē. Pētījuma ietvaros tiks izpētīts, kā sociālie darbinieki nodrošina bērnu tiesības un intereses sociālā darba praksē. Metodoloģijā tiek aprakstīta izvēlētā pētniecības metode. Lai sasniegtu darbā izvirzīto mērķi, tiks izmantota daļēji strukturēto padziļināto intervijas metode. Darbs ir izklāstīts 58 lapās, tas satur 1 tabulu un 2 attēlus. Darba izstrādei tika izmantoti 31 literatūras un informācijas avoti.

The title of the bachelor thesis is "The role of the social worker in ensuring the protection of children's rights and interests in families". The purpose of the work research is to find out and gain an understanding of how social workers understand children's rights and interests and their roles in protecting children's rights and interests and how this is ensured within the framework of social work practice. Also, is the range of resources available in social work practice sufficient to solve the problem. In order to achieve the set goal, the author has set the tasks of reviewing and analyzing the theoretical explanation of children's rights and interests, characterizing the roles of social workers and, within the framework of the study, finding out how social workers ensure children's rights and interests in social work practice, also in the context of professional roles. The object of the research is social workers who perform social work to work with families with children and/or young people. The subject of the study is the social work practice of social workers in ensuring the rights and interests of children and the implementation of professional roles. The theoretical basis of the topic will be examined in the work and interviews with social workers working with families with children and young people will be conducted as part of the research. The course work consists of two parts - the part of theoretical justification, methodology and research analysis. The theoretical basis examines the concept of children's rights and interests in both Latvian and international contexts, macro-level strategies and development plans for ensuring children's rights and interests, and the inclusion of a child-centered approach in social work practice. As part of the research, it will be investigated how social workers ensure children's rights and interests in social work practice. The methodology describes the chosen research method. In order to achieve the goal set in the work, the semi-structured in-depth interview method will be used. The work is presented in 58 pages, it contains 1 table and 2 figures. 31 sources of literature and information were used for the development of the work.
