Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma “Sociālais darbs personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem adaptācijā grupu dzīvokļos”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā sociālā darba speciālisti veicina adaptāciju personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem grupu dzīvokļa pakalpojumā. Lai sasniegtu darbā izvirzīto mērķi, autore kursa darba teorētiskajā daļā analizējusi personas ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem kā mērķa grupu: personības īpatnības, vajadzības, adaptāciju, kā arī raksturojusi sociālā darba ar personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem pieejas un metodes. Autore aprakstījusi sociālā darba speciālistu profesionālos pakalpojumus. Pētnieciskajā daļā autore pētījusi personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem adaptāciju Sociālajā namā, kā arī izmantojot sociālā darba speciālistu, kuri tajā strādā, viedokļus. Balstoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, autore secina, ka, veidojot sociālā darba speciālista un klientu sadarbību, rodas iespēja izprast klientu vērtības un motīvus, tādējādi mērķtiecīgi darboties to virzienā. Adaptēšanā klienti ir jāiedrošina, jāpievērš uzmanība viņu stiprajām pusēm, jāveido sadarbība un empātija. Lai klienti sekmīgi adaptētos, ir nepieciešamu sadarbību starp sociālā darba speciālistiem un klientiem. Klientiem ir jābūt orientētiem uz mērķi, lēmumu pieņemšanu, viņu iekšējo spēku. Sociālā darba speciālistiem klientu adaptēšanā ir jāstrādā ne tikai ar viņu, bet arī ar viņu sistēmām – tuviniekiem, līdzcilvēkiem, atbalsta personāla komandu.

The topic of work is “Social work in Adaptation of persons with mental disorders in group apartments”. The purpose of the diploma work is to clarify how social work professionals promote adaptation for persons with mental disorders in the group apartment service. In order to achieve the objective set in the work, the author has analysed persons with mental disorders as a target group in the theoretical part of the course work: personality characteristics, needs, adaptation, as well as the approaches and methods of social work with persons with mental disorders. The author described the professional services of social work specialists. In the research part, the author has studied the adaptation of persons with mental disorders in the social house, as well as using the opinions of social work specialists who work in them. Based on the results of the study, the author concludes that by creating cooperation between a social work specialist and clients, it is possible to understand the values and motives of clients, thus working towards them in a targeted way. In adaptation, customers need to be encouraged, attention paid to their strengths, cooperation and empathy built. Successful customer adaptation requires collaboration between social workers and customers. Customers need to be goal-oriented, decision-making, their inner strength. Social work professionals in customer adaptation need to work not only with him, but also with their systems - relatives, peers, support team of professionals.
