Nodarbinātība kā resurss sociālajā darbā ar pilngadīgām personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Nodarbinātība kā resurss sociālajā darbā ar pilngadīgām personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem”. Pētījuma mērķis ir pamatot nodarbinātību kā resursu sociālajā darbā ar pilngadīgām personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem un analizēt normalizācijas principu pielietošanu pilngadīgu personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem nodarbinātības veicināšanā. Darbs sastāv no sešām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek veikta normalizācijas jēdziena teorētiskā analīze. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikta literatūras materiālu izpēte par pilngadīgu personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem kā darba ņēmēju specifiku un apgrūtinājumiem iesaistīties nodarbinātībā. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta literatūras materiālu izpēte par nodarbinātību Talsu novadā pilngadīgām personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek analizēta informācija par darba metodoloģiju un lauka darba gaitu. Piektajā nodaļā tiek analizēti empīriskā pētījuma dati. Sestajā nodaļā tiek izklāstīti (veiktā pētījuma teorētiskās bāzes analīzes) galvenie secinājumi.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is "Employment as a resource in social work with adults with mental disorders". The aim of the study is to justify employment as a resource in social work with adults with mental disorders, and to analyze the application of normalization principles in promoting the employment of adults with mental disorders. The work will consist of six chapters, the first chapter will be a theoretical analysis of the concept of normalization. In the second chapter, a literature study will be conducted on adult persons with mental disorders as the specifics of workers and difficulties in engaging in employment. In the third chapter, there will be a study of the literature on the employment of adults with mental disorders in Talsi region. The fourth chapter will provide information on the work methodology and fieldwork progress. The fifth chapter will contain the analysis of the conducted research. The sixth chapter will present the conclusions drawn.
