Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Sociālā darbinieka loma darbā ar ilgstošiem bezdarbniekiem Balvu novadā. Bakalaura darba mērķis: Analizēt ilgstošo bezdarbu, kā sociālo problēmu, un izpētīt sociālā darbinieka darbu ar ilgstošajiem bezdarbniekiem Balvu novadā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās daļas un empīriskā pētījuma rezultātu analīzes. Teorētiskā daļā ietver divas nodaļas. Pirmā nodaļa ir ilgstoša bezdarba jēdziena skaidrojums un teorētisks pamatojums par ilgstošo bezdarbu kā sociālo problēmu, ilgstošā bezdarba veidiem un iedalījumu, kā arī cēloņiem un sekām. Bakalaura darba otrajā nodaļā ir izpētīta sociālā darbinieka loma ilgstošo bezdarbnieku atbalstā. Empīriskā pētījuma rezultātu analīze sastāv no metodoloģijas, kur tiek izklāstīts izmantotās pētīšanas metodes. Empīriskajā pētījumā ir izmantotas kvalitatīvās metodes – daļēji strukturētās intervijas. Darba gaitā formulēti secinājumi un ieteikumi. Pēc iegūtajiem rezultātiem autore secina - pētījuma mērķis darba gaitā ir sasniegts. Uzsākot pētījumu tika izvirzīta hipotēze, kas apstiprinājās. Sociālo darbinieku darbs ar ilgstošajiem bezdarbniekiem Balvu novadā nav vērsts uz ilgstošā bezdarba mazināšanu. Atslēgas vārdi: sociālā problēma, ilgstošais bezdarbnieks, sociālais darbinieks.

Topic of the bachelor's thesis: The role of a social worker in working with long-term unemployed people in Balvu district. The aim of the bachelor's work: To analyze long-term unemployment as a social problem and to study the work of a social worker with the long-term unemployed in Balvu district. The bachelor's thesis consists of two parts - the theoretical part and the analysis of empirical research results. The theoretical part includes two chapters. The first chapter is an explanation of the concept of long-term unemployment and theoretical justification of long-term unemployment as a social problem, types and classification of long-term unemployment, as well as causes and consequences. In the second chapter of the bachelor thesis, the role of the social worker in the support of the long-term unemployed is studied. The analysis of the results of the empirical study consists of the methodology, where the research methods used are presented. Qualitative methods - semi-structured interviews - have been used in the empirical research. Conclusions and recommendations were formulated during the work. According to the obtained results, the author concludes - the research goal has been achieved in the course of the work. At the beginning of the research, a hypothesis was put forward, which was confirmed. The work of social workers with the long-term unemployed in Balvu district is not aimed at reducing long-term unemployment. Keywords: social problem, long-term unemployed, social worker.
