Cilvēku apziņa par korupciju Latvijas Republikā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Cilvēku apziņa par korupciju Latvijas Republikā”. Latvija pēc sabiedrības iecietības pret korupciju Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstu starpā atrodas kritiskā pozīcijā. Korupcija Latvijā nezaudē aktualitāti, lai veiksmīgi ar to cīnītos un palielinātu sabiedrības uzticību, svarīgi ir ne tikai to apkarot, bet arī mainīt sabiedrības tiesisko apziņu. Tiesiskā apziņa un juridiskā kultūra nepārtraukti attīstās pamatojoties uz vēsturiskajiem procesiem, kuros ir iesaistīta sabiedrība vai sabiedrības konkrēts indivīds. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas sabiedrības tiesiskās apziņas dinamiku attieksmē par korupciju valstī. Lai sasniegtu mērķi darba Autore izvirzīja uzdevumus izpētīt apziņas, sociālās kultūras, juridiskās kultūras un tiesiskās apziņas jēdzienus, analizēt Latvijas Republikas un Eiropas regulējumu, izpētīt juridisko literatūru korupcijas jomā, veikt aptauju un analizēt tās rezultātus, lai noskaidrotu sabiedrības iecietību pret korupciju. Pētījuma rezultātā ir apkopoti secinājumi saistībā ar cilvēka apziņas par korupciju novērotām tendencēm tiesu statistikā un aptaujās.

The topic of the master's thesis is "People's awareness of corruption in the Republic of Latvia". Latvia is in a critical position among the member states of the European Union in terms of public tolerance towards corruption. Corruption in Latvia does not lose its relevance, in order to successfully fight it and increase public trust, it is important to change the society's legal awareness. Legal consciousness and legal culture are continuously developing based on the historical processes in which society or a specific individual of society is involved. The aim of the work is to study the dynamics of legal consciousness of Latvian society in the attitude towards corruption in the country. In order to achieve the goal, the author set the tasks of researching and analyzing the regulation of the Republic of Latvia and Europe and legal literature in the field of corruption, conducting a survey and analyzing its results in order to find out society's tolerance for corruption. As a result of the research, the conclusions related to the observed trends of people's awareness of corruption in court statistics and surveys have been gathered.
