Telemedicīnas perspektīvas veselības aprūpē Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Telemedicīnas perspektīvas veselības aprūpē Latvijā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka: Digitālo tehnoloģiju attīstība un resursu ekonomija veselības aprūpē nosaka nepieciešamību uzlabot veselības aprūpes pieejamību un efektivitāti izmantojot telemedicīnu. Darba mērķis: Analizēt telemedicīnas ieviešanas iespējas Latvijā un vispārējo aprūpes māsu praksē. Pētniecības uzdevumi: apskatīt zinātnisko literatūru un pētījumus par telemedicīnu māsu praksē, analizēt Miras Estrinas Levaines (Myra Estrin Levine) enerģijas saglabāšanas teoriju. Izstrādāt pētījuma instumentu, veikt pētījumu, analizēt pētījuma rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze: Vairāk nekā 75% aptaujāto vispārējās aprūpes māsu un Latvijas sabiedrības uzskata, ka telemedicīnas ieviešana veselības aprūpē Latvijā būtu perspektīva. Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode. Pētniecības instruments – aptaujas anketas (skatīt 1. un 2. pielikumu). Darbs izstrādāts latviešu valodā, kas sastāv no ievada 5 nodaļām un secinājumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīta telemedicīnas perspektīvas veselības apūpē Latvijā. Prakstiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīti pētījuma iegūtie rezultāti. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 70 lapaspuses, darbā iekļautas 2 tabulas, 40 attēli un 5 pielikumi. Darba izstrādei un pētījuma veikšanai izmantoti 99 literatūras avoti Latviešu, krievu un angļu valodā. Pētījumā aptaujāti 134 respondenti- no tiem 84 Latvijas iedzīvotāji un 50 vispārējās aprūpes māsas. Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti neapstiprina izvirzīto hipotēzi.

The topic of the Bachelor thesis is “Telemedicine perspectives in health care in Latvia”. The topicality of the topic is determined by: the development of digital technologies and the economy of resources in health care determine the need to improve the accessibility and efficiency of health care using telemedicine. Objective of the work: To analyze the possibilities of implementing telemedicine in Latvija and general care nursing practice. Proposed hypothesis: More than 75% of the general care nurses surveyed and Latvian society believe that the introduction of telemedicine in health care in Latvia would be promising. Research Method is quantities’. Research instrument- questionnaire. The tasks of my research: were to analyze professional literature and made research about telemedicine at nurses' work, to analyze "Theory of conservation of energy" by Myra Estrin Levine. To develop the instrument of this research, to do the research, to analyze the results of made research and to gain conclusions from them. The bachelor job is written on 70 pages. There are 2 tables, 40 images and 5 attachments. There are used 99s information resources (in Latvian, Russian and English). The hypothesis of this bachelor thesis was not canfirmed.
