Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Sāpju menedžments pacientiem postoperatīvā periodā pēc tonsilektomijas. Šī tēma ir aktuāla, jo tonsilektomija ir viena no visbiežāk veiktajām operācijām otolaringoloģijā. Pēc tonsilektomijas pacientu pavada sāpes, kuras var ietekmēt pacienta dzīves kvalitāti un atgriešanos ikdienas aktivitātēs, tādēļ ir svarīgi apzināties to, kā sāpes mazināt un pārvaldīt, lai nodrošinātu ātru un veiksmīgu atveseļošanos. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kāds ir postoperatīvais sāpju menedžments pēc tonsilektomijas operācijas. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1. 2. Analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par sāpēm, to menedžmentu. Analizēt Betijas Ņūmenas māszinību teoriju saistībā ar tēmu “Sāpju menedžments pacientiem postoperatīvā periodā pēc tonsilektomijas”. 3. 4. 5. 6. Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – anketu. Veikt anketēšanu. Apkopot un analizēt anketās iegūtos datus. Veikt secinājumus. Pētnieciskais darbs sastāv no divām daļām teorētiskās un praktiskās. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīta B. Ņūmenas māszinības teorija saistībā ar darba tēmu, mandeles un to slimības, tonsilektomija un pēcoperācijas periods, sāpes, to fizioloģija, sāpju menedžments, sāpju intensitātes un kvalitātes novērtēšanas skalas un metodes, atsāpināšānas metodes. Praktiskajā daļā tika veikta pacientu anketēšana. Izvirzītā hipotēze – Sāpju menedžments postoperatīvā periodā ir atkarīgs no medicīnas personāla kompetences, pacienta izglītošanas, analgēzijas metožu pielietošanas un regulāras sāpju novērtēšanas. Pētniecības metode – kvantitatīvā. Pētniecības instruments – anketa Pētījuma rezultāti – Sāpju menedžmentu pēc tonsilektomijas operācijas postoperatīvā periodā ietekmē daudzi faktori, tostarp laika trūkums, pacienta uzticība, medicīnas personāla izglītība, kā arī nepietiekams personāls un aprīkojums, tāpēc ir svarīgi, lai medicīnas iestādes un personāls šos faktorus apzinātos un strādātu pie to uzlabošanas, lai nodrošinātu optimālu sāpju mazināšanu un pacientu aprūpi pēc operācijas. Bachelor's thesis topic – Pain management in postoperative patients after tonsillectomy. This is relevant because tonsilectomy is one of the most commonly performed operations in otolaryngology. Post-tonsillectomy patients experience pain that can affect the patient's quality of life and return to daily activities, it is important to know how to prevent and manage for a faster and successful recovery. The aim of the work is to find out what post-operative pain management is after tonsilectomy surgery. Research tasks: 1. Analyze scientific literature on pain and its management. 2. Analyze Betty Neuman's nursing theory in relation to the topic “Pain management in postoperative patients after tonsillectomy”. 3. Develop a research tool – a questionnaire. 4. 5. 6. Conduct a survey. Collect and analyze the data obtained in the questionnaires. Draw conclusions. The research work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical evaluation, the nursing theory of B.Neuman is described in the part related to the topic of the work, tonsils and their diseases, tonsillectomy and the postoperative period, pain, their physiology, pain management, pain intensity and quality scales and methods, analgesia methods. In the practical part, patient questionnaires were conducted. Proposed hypothesis – Pain management in the postoperative period depends on the competence of the medical staff, patient education, application of analgesia methods and regular pain assessment. Research method – quantitative. Research tools – questionnaire Research results - Pain management after tonsillectomy surgery in the postoperative period is affected by many factors, constant lack of time, patient trust, education of medical staff, as well as insufficient staff and equipment, so it is important that medical institutions and individuals are aware of these factors and work on their improvement, for work-related relief and post-operative patient care.
