Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Vispārējās aprūpes māsas un jauno vecāku sadarbība, aprūpējot jaundzimušo stacionārā. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato tas, ka vecākiem un māsām ir ļoti svarīga sadarbība, jo tā ir būtiska gan vecākiem, gan arī medicīnas personālam. Jaunajiem vecākiem bieži vien rodas daudz jautājumu un bažu par bērna veselību un aprūpi, un medicīnas māsas var sniegt nenovērtējamu atbalstu šajā procesā. Jaunie vecāki, līdz ar bērna ienākšanu ģimenē, saskaras ar jaunu atbildību un izaicinājumiem, un medicīnas māsas var piedāvāt nepieciešamo informāciju, norādes un atbalstu. Viņu pieredze un profesionālās prasmes nodrošina drošu vidi gan bērnam, gan vecākiem. Medicīnas māsas iesaistās arī vakcinācijas procesā un ikdienas aprūpes jautājumos, veicinot bērna labklājību un veselīgu attīstību. Darba mērķis - Noskaidrot vispārējās aprūpes māsas un jauno vecāku sadarbību, aprūpējot jaundzimušo stacionārā. Pētījuma uzdevumi - Izpētīt literatūras avotus par I.Ž.Orlando māszinību teoriju, jaundzimušo aprūpi stacionārā un māsas lomu aprūpes nodrošināšanā. Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – aptaujas anketu. Veikt pētījumu par vispārējās aprūpes māsas un jauno vecāku sadarbību, aprūpējot jaundzimušo stacionārā. Apstrādāt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus par vispārējās aprūpes māsas un jauno vecāku sadarbību, aprūpējot jaundzimušo stacionārā. Izstrādāt secinājumus un priekšlikumus sadarbības uzlabošanai. The topicality of the topic is justified by the fact that cooperation between parents and siblings is very important, as it is essential for both parents and medical personnel. New parents often have many questions and concerns about their baby's health and care, and nurses can provide invaluable support in this process. New parents face new responsibilities and challenges with the arrival of a child in the family, and nurses can offer the necessary information, guidance and support. Their experience and professional skills ensure a safe environment for both the child and the parents. Nurses are also involved in the vaccination process and daily care issues, promoting the child's well-being and healthy development. The purpose of the work - To find out the cooperation of the general care nurse and the new parents, taking care of the newborn in the hospital. Research tasks - To study literature sources about I.J.Orlando's theory of nursing, newborn care in hospital and the nurse's role in providing care. Develop a research tool - a survey questionnaire. To conduct a study on the cooperation of the general care nurse and the new parents while caring for the newborn in the hospital.
