Vispārējās aprūpes māsu emociju regulācija, aprūpējot pacientus ar šizofrēniju

Abstract

Bakalaura tēma ir “Vispārējās aprūpes māsu emociju regulācija, aprūpējot pacientus ar šizofrēniju.” Tēmas aktualitāte pamatota vispārējās aprūpes māsu emociju regulācijā, kādas ir vispārējās aprūpes māsu prasmes saglabāt emocijas sastopoties ar pacientiem, kuriem ir uzvedības, domāšanas, realitātes uztveres traucējumi un ar šo traucējumu izraisītām emocionālām reakcijām. Lai noskaidrotu vispārējās aprūpes māsu prasmes emociju regulācijā tika izvirzīts mērķis: noskaidrot vispārējās aprūpes māsas prasmes emociju regulācijā, aprūpējot pacientus ar šizofrēniju. “Veselības statistikas datu bāze rāda, ka 2021. gadā Latvijā uzskaitē bija 19 004 pacienti ar šizofrēnijas, šizotipisko traucējumu un murgu (F20—F29) diagnozi jeb 1013,1 gadījumi uz 100 000 iedzīvotāju. Katru gadu šim pacientu skaitam nāk klāt vairāk nekā 200 pacientu (2021. gadā — 239).”(1) Saskasmē ar pacientu, kurš slimo ar šizofrēniju, ņemot vērā viņa emociju izpausmes slimības ietekmē, ļoti svarīga ir māsas prasme atpazīt pacienta emociju izpausmes un prast pārvaldīt savas emocijas. Iegūto rezultātu apraksts: Hipotēze – vispārējas aprūpes māsas prasmes emociju regulācijā, aprūpējot pacientus ar šizofrēniju ir vājas – neapstiprinājās. Jo veicot pētījumu autore izdarīja secinājumus, ka: vispārējās aprūpes māsām, aprūpējot pacientus ar šizofrēniju ir vidējas emociju regulācijas prasmes. The topicality of the topic is based on the regulation of nurses' emotions, what are the skills of nurses to preserve their emotions when encountering patients who have disorders of behavior, thinking, perception of reality and emotional reactions caused by these disorders. In order to find out the skills of nurses in the regulation of emotions, the goal was set: to find out the skills of general care nurses in the regulation of emotions when caring for patients with schizophrenia. "The health statistics database shows that in 2021, there were 19,004 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizotypal disorders and nightmares (F20- F29) in Latvia, or 1013.1 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. Every year, more than 200 patients come to this number of patients (in 2021 - 239)». (1) In dealing with a patient suffering from schizophrenia, taking into account his emotional manifestations under the influence of the disease, the nurse's ability to recognize the patient's emotional manifestations and know how to manage your emotions. Description of the results obtained: The hypothesis – general care nurses' skills in emotion regulation when caring for patients with schizophrenia are weak – was not confirmed. Because during the research, the author concluded that: general care nurses have average emotion regulation skills when caring for patients with schizophrenia.
