Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Standarta un kontrastmamogrāfijas starojuma dozas un kompresijas atšķirības krūts dziedzeru izmeklēšanā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka krūts dziedzera ļaundabīgo slimību pieaugums un izmeklējuma skaita pieaugums. Darba mērķis ir salīdzināt starojuma dozas un kompresijas atšķirību starp standarta mamogrāfijas un kontrastmamogrāfijas izmeklējumu. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir analizēt literatūras avotus par krūts vēža diagnostikas nozīmi un agīnas diagnostikas iespējām, kā arī mamogrāfijas izmeklējumu, kompresijas nozīmi un saņemto starojuma devu, par kontrastmamogrāfijas izmeklējumu, pacientu sagatavošanu un saņemto starojumu. Analizēt mamogrāfijas izmeklējumā pielietotās kompresijas spēku, krūts biezuma, dziedzeraudu blīvuma ietekmi uz pacienra saņemto starojuma dozu. Apkopot iegūtos datus un veikt secinājumus par dozas un kompresijas atšķirībām 2D mamogrāfijas un kontrastmamogrāfijas izmeklējumā. Pēc statistiskās analīzes atbildot uz pētījuma uzdoto jautājumu, pielietotais kompresijas spēks neizmaina saņemto starojuma devu standarta un kontrastmamogrāfijas izmeklējuma laikā, bet gan krūts biezums. Izvirzīts pētniecības jautājums : vai pielietotais kompresijas spēks izmaina pacienta saņemto starojuma dozu standarta un kontrastmamogrāfijas izmeklējuma laikā? Pētniecības instruments ir darba autores izveidota tabula. Pētniecības metode -retrospektīvs pētījums. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 33 lappuses. Darba izstrādei izmantoti 29 literatūras un informācijas avoti.

The topic of the Bachelor's thesis is "Patient dose and breast compression, differences between standard and contrast enhanced mammography". The relevance of the topic is determined by the increase in breast cancer incidence and the number of examinations. The aim of the thesis is to compare the differences in radiation doses and compression between standard mammography and contrast-enhanced mammography examinations. The research tasks include analyzing literature sources on the significance of breast cancer diagnosis and the possibilities of early detection, as well as the significance of mammography examinations, compression, and received radiation dose, regarding contrast-enhanced mammography examinations, patient preparation, and received radiation. Analyzing the force of compression applied in mammography examinations, the impact of breast thickness, glandularity on the dose of radiation received by the patient. Summarizing the obtained data and drawing conclusions about the differences in dose and compression between 2D mammography and contrast-enhanced mammography examinations. According to statistical analysis answering the research question, the applied compression force does not change the received radiation dose during standard and contrast-enhanced mammography examinations, but rather the thickness of the breast. The research question raised is: does the applied compression force change the patient's received radiation dose during standard and contrast-enhanced mammography examinations? The research instrument is a table created by the author of the thesis. The research method is a retrospective study.
