Pacientu ar izgulējumiem aprūpe mājas apstākļos

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ”Pacientu ar izgulējumiem aprūpe mājas apstākļos.” Izgulējumi ir viena no aktuālām problēmām veselības aprūpē. Cilvēki ar kustību traucējumiem, pēc avārijām, traumām, paralizētiem pacientiem ārstēšana un aprūpe ir nepieciešama arī pēc izrakstīšanās no stacionāra un ārstēšanās procesu un aprūpi turpina mājās. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot kāda aprūpe pacientiem ar izgulējumiem tiek veikta mājas apstākļos. Hipotēze: Mājas apstākļos var tikt veikta kvalitatīva aprūpe pacientiem ar izgulējumu brūcēm. Pētniecības metode: Kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode. Pētījuma instruments: Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas un pētnieciskās daļas. Teorētiskā daļa sastāv no zinātniskās literatūras analīzes par izgulējumu brūcēm, pacientu aprūpi mājas apstākļos un izglītošanu. Pētnieciskā daļa sastāv no izveidotās anketas par pacientu ar izgulējumiem aprūpi mājas apstākļos. Pētījumā piedalījās 67 Latvijas iedzīvotāji kuri ir saņēmuši aprūpi mājas apstākļos saviem tuviniekiem. Pētījuma rezultāti: Pētījumā tika veikta kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode. Iegūtie dati tika analizēti, apkopoti un izdarīti secinājumi. Datu apkopošanai tika izmantotas datorprogrammas SPSS un Microsoft Excel. Bachelor work "Care of pressure injury patients at home." Pressure injury is one of the current problems in health care. People with mobility impairments, after accidents, injuries, paralyzed patients need treatment and care even after discharge from the hospital and the treatment process and care continues at home The purpose of the research: To find out what kind of care with pressure injury is carried out at home. Hypothesis: Quality care for patients with pressure injury can be performed in home settings. Research method: Quantitative research method. Research tools: The work consists of a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part consists of an analysis of scientific literature on bedsores, patient care at home and education. The research part consists of the created questionnaire on the care of bedridden patients at home. In the research, in the state of which clients, 67 Latvian residents have received patient care for their relatives at home. Results of the research: Quantitative research method was used in the study. The obtained data were analyzed, summarized and conclusions drawn. Computer programs SPSS and Microsoft Excel were used for data collection. Key words: Pressure, care, home, education, positioning.
