Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats: Pacienta sagatavošana koronarogrāfijas izmeklējumam iestājoties dienas stacionārā. Sirds un asinsrites slimības ir gan Latvijā, gan pasaulē rada vislielāko slogu veselības aprūpei. Latvijā sirds un asinsrites slimības veido 52% no visiem nāves cēloņiem 2022. gadā, turklāt daudzus nāves gadījumus, tāpat kā slimības komplikācijas būtu iespējams novērst, savlaicīgi veicot visaptverošu diagnostiku. Nereti vienkāršākās metodes nedod vēlamo rezultātu, tad izmantojamas invazīvas metodikas, tai skaitā koronarogrāfija, kurai svarīga pacienta savlaicīgi sagatavošana. Ir maz veikti pētījumi par māsu lomu pacientu sagatavošanas procedūrai kontekstā. Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot pacienta sagatavošanu koronarogrāfijas izmeklējumam, iestājoties dienas stacionārā. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.Analizēt medicīnisko literatūru par koronarogrāfijas izmeklējumu un pacientu sagatavošanu tam. 2.Analizēt Lidijas Holas māszinību teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darba tematu. 3.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – intervijas jautājumus. 4.Intervēt māsas un analizēt iegūtos datus. 5.Izdarīt secinājumus, balstoties uz iegūtajiem datiem un to analīzi. Pētījuma jautājumi: •Kāda ir pacientu sagatavošana koronarogrāfijas izmeklējumam dienas stacionārā? •Kāda ir māsas loma pacienta sagatavošanā koronarogrāfijas izmeklējumam? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvs pētījums ar kontentanalīzi, pētniecības instruments – intervija. Pētījuma rezultāti: Māsas svarīgākie uzdevumi ir izglītot pacientu, mazināt viņa satraukumu, izmantojot šajā nolūkā gan medikamentozu terapiju, gan arī atbalstošu attieksmi komunikācijas procesā. Māsai ir svarīgāka loma savlaicīgā iespējamo kontrindikāciju un risku identificēšanā, kā arī komplikāciju atklāšanā, rīkojoties šajā gadījumā atbilstoši procedūras standartiem un cieši sadarbojoties ar ārstu. Topic of the bachelor's thesis: Preparation of the patient for the angiography examination in case of corona in the day hospital. Heart and blood circulation diseases are the biggest burden on health care both in Latvia and in the world. In Latvia, circulatory diseases account for 52% of all causes of death in 2022, and many deaths. Often the simplest methods do not give the desired result, then invasive methods are used, including coronary angiography, for which it is important to determine the preparation. Little research has been done on the role of nurses in the context of the patient preparation procedure. The purpose of the study: to find out the patient's preparation for a coronary angiography examination upon admission to a day hospital. Research tasks: 1. To analyze the medical literature on coronary angiography examination and the preparation of patients for it. 2. To analyze Lydia Hall's theory of nursing in relation to the topic of the bachelor's thesis. 3. To develop a question research tool - interviews. 4. Interview nurses and analyze the obtained data. 5. Draw conclusions based on the obtained data and their analysis. Research question: •What is the preparation of patients for a coronary angiography examination in a day hospital? •What is the nurse's role in preparing the patient for coronary angiography? Research method: qualitative research with content analysis, research tool – interview. Research results: The nurse's most important tasks are to educate the patient, reduce his anxiety, using for this purpose both drug therapy and a supportive attitude in the communication process.
