Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Medicīniskā aprīkojuma un instrumentu radīts stress un tā administrēšanas iespējas operāciju blokā vispārējās aprūpes māsas (perioperatīvajā aprūpē) praksē”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka apstāklis, ka operāciju blokā medicīniskā aprīkojuma un instrumentu izmantošana ir vispārējās aprūpes māsas (perioperatīvajā aprūpē) viens no darba vidi veidojošajiem faktoriem un kompetences elementiem, kuram vienlaikus ir saikne ar straujo tehnoloģiju attīstību. Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot medicīniskā aprīkojuma un instrumentu radītu stresu un tā administrēšanas iespējas operāciju blokā vispārējās aprūpes māsas (perioperatīvajā aprūpē) praksē. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1. apkopot un analizēt teorētisko literatūru par medicīniskā aprīkojuma un instrumentu radītu stresu un tā administrēšanas iespējām operāciju blokā vispārējās aprūpes māsas (perioperatīvajā aprūpē) praksē; 2. izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu - anketu; 3. veikt kvantitatīvu pētījumu; 4. analizēt un interpretēt iegūtos pētījuma rezultātus; 5. izdarīt secinājumus. Hipotēze: Plašāka profila ārstniecības iestāžu operāciju blokos strādājošās vispārējās aprūpes māsas (perioperatīvajā aprūpē) izjūt vairāk medicīniskā aprīkojuma un instrumentu radīta stresa izpausmes un veic vairāk darbības to administrēšanai nekā šaurāka profila ārstniecības iestāžu operāciju blokos strādājošās vispārējās aprūpes māsas (perioperatīvajā aprūpē). Pētījuma veids: kvantitatīvais. Pētījuma instruments: anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti: pētījuma hipotēze netika apstiprināta.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is “Stress generated by medical equipment and instruments and its administration capabilities in the operating unit in general care nurse (perioperative care) practice”. The highlight of the topic is determined by the fact that in the operating unit, the use of medical equipment and instruments is one of the factors and competence elements of the general care nurse (perioperative care), which at the same time has a link to rapid technological development. Objective of the research: to clarify the stress caused by medical equipment and instruments and the possibilities for administering it in the operating unit in general care nurse (perioperative care) practice. Research tasks are: 1.to compile and analyze theoretical literature regarding the stress caused by medical equipment and instruments and the possibilities for administration thereof in the operating unit in general care nurse (perioperative care) practice, 2.to develop a study instrument - a questionnaire, 3.to carry out a quantitative study, 4.to analyze and interpret the results of the study, 5.to draw conclusions. The research hypothesis: General care nurses (in perioperative care) working in operating units of larger profile medical treatment institutions experience more expressions of stress caused by medical equipment and instruments and take more action to administer them than general care nurses (in perioperative care) working in operating units of narrower profile medical treatment institutions. The research method: quantitative study method. The research tool: questionnaire. The research results did not confirm the research hypothesis.
