Attēla kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumos vēdera priekšējās sienas trūces gadījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Attēla kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumos vēdera priekšējās sienas trūces gadījumā”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un izvērtēt attēlu kvalitātes kritērijus datortomogrāfijā, vēdera priekšējās sienas trūces gadījumā. Bakalaura darba pirmajā daļā tiek aplūkota literatūra un avoti par vēdera priekšējās sienas normālo anatomiju un datortomogrāfijas anatomiju, otrā daļā tiek analizēta informācija par vēdera priekšējās sienas trūču iedalījumu – nabas, baltās līnijas un pēcoperāciju trūcēm, bet trešajā daļā aplūkota literatūra par pacienta sagatavošanu, pozicionēšanu un izmeklējuma zonu vēdera datortomogrāfijā, kā arī par protokola pielietojumu un datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma attēla kvalitātes kritērijiem. Darba ceturtajā daļā tiek izklāstīta pētījuma metodoloģija un veikta pētījuma rezultātu analīze. Nobeigumā apkopotas un numurētas darbā iegūtās galvenās atziņas, kā pēdējais pievienots izmantoto avotu saraksts un pielikumi. Bakalaura darba rezultātā tika apkopoti dati un veikti secinājumi par izanalizēto literatūru, avotiem un pētījuma daļu. Bakalaura darba kopējais apjoms ir 47 lapaspuses, tās veido 3 nodaļas un 11 apakšnodaļas un pētījuma daļa. Darbā ir 6 pielikumi, 7 secinājumi, darbā izmantoti 39 literatūras avoti. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is “Evaluation of image quality criteria in computed tomography examinations in the case of anterior abdominal wall hernia”. The aim of the work is to clarify and evaluate image quality criteria in computed tomography, in the case of anterior abdominal wall hernia. The first part of the bachelor's thesis examines the literature and sources on the normal anatomy of the anterior abdominal wall and computed tomography anatomy, the second part analyzes information on the classification of hernias of the anterior abdominal wall - umbilical, white line and postoperative hernias, while the third part examines the literature on patient preparation, positioning and examination areas in abdominal computed tomography, as well as protocol application and image quality criteria for computed tomography examination. The fourth part of the work presents the methodology of the study and analyzes the results of the study. At the end, the main findings obtained in the work are summarized and numbered, as the last added list of used sources and appendices. As a result of the bachelor's work, data was collected and conclusions were drawn about the analyzed literature, sources and part of the study. The total volume of the bachelor thesis is 47 pages, they consist of 3 chapters and 11 subsections and a research part. The work has 6 appendices, 7 conclusions, 39 literature sources are used in the work. Key words: anterior abdominal wall hernia, computed tomography, image qualitycriteria.
