Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir bernu aprūpe vīrusu izraisīta gastroenterīta gadījumā stacionārā. Darba tēmas aktualitāti nosaka gastroenterīta infekcijas slimību izplatība. Tā ir bieža saslimšana bērniem, kuras dēļ bērni tiek stacionēti. Slimnīcās tik novērots sezonāls pacientu piepludūms, kā arī vecāku zināšanu trūkumus saistība ar infekciju profilakses pasākumiem. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot bērna aprūpe vīrusa izraisīta gastroenterīta gadījumā stacionārā. Petniecības uzdevumi ir izpētīt un analīzēt teoretisko literatūru par gastroenterīta infekcijas slimībam. Izstrādāt kvalitatīvā pētījuma instrumentu – interviju un veikt pētījumu. Ānalīzet pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus. Veikt secinājumus un sniegt ieteikumus. Gremošanas trakta infekcijas slimībām ir sezonāls raksturs.Vīrusu izraisītu gastroenterītu saslimušo skaita pieaugums ir vasaras un rūdens menešos, savukārt baktēriju izraisītu – visa gada garumā. Autore secina, ka noteicoša loma ir katra gada periodā nepieciešamo profilaktisko pasākumu ievērošanai.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the care of children with viral gastroenteritis in hospital. The relevance of the topic is determined by the prevalence of infectious diseases gastroenteritis. It is frequent desease, for which children are hospitalised.This is observed in hospital seasonal influx of patients, as well as lack of parental knowledge ragarding the infection for preventive measures. The aim of the work is to clarify the care of the child in case of viral gastroenteritis. The objectives of the research are to stidy and analyse the theoretical literature on infectious diseases of gastroenteritis. To develop a qualitative research tool – interview and conduct the study. To analyse the results obtained in the study. To draw conclusions and make recomendations. Infectious diseases of the digestive tract are seasonal in nature. The number of gastroenteritis caused by viruses increases in the summer and autumn months, while the number of cases caused by bacteria increases troughout the year. The autor concludes that a decisive role is played by observing the necessary preventive measures during each year.
