Saskarsmes principi, aprūpējot pusaudžus ar uzvedības traucējumiem

Abstract

Ilonas Konovaļukas Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Saskarsmes principi, aprūpējot pusaudžus ar uzvedības traucējumiem”. Tēmas aktualitāte pamatojas pusaudžu ar uzvedības traucējumiem nepieciešamībā pēc īpašas saskarsmes formas. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kādi ir saskarsmes principi, aprūpējot pusaudžus ar uzvedības traucējumiem. Pētījumam izvirzītais jautājums ir “Kādi ir saskarsmes principi, aprūpējot pusaudžus ar uzvedības traucējumiem?” Darbam tika izvēlēta kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode un kā pētījuma instruments tika izmantota daļēji strukturētā intervija. Pētījuma gaitā veidojušies secinājumi: 1.Saskarsmes principi ir drošības sajūta; cieņas izrādīšana; pozitīvā pamanīšana un izcelšana; nevērtēt pusaudzi; miers; draudzīga attieksme; vienlīdzība; atbalsts. 2.Ieteicamie veidi kā reaģēt uz pusaudžu agresijas izpausmēm ir saglabāt mieru; pielāgot balss toni; izrādīt ieinteresētību; būt elastīgam; neuzspiest gribu; ieņemt pieaugošā lomu, parādīt labo piemēru, kontrolēt emocijas; vadīt mierīgu, pozitīvu sarunu; censties paredzēt attieksmi, novērojot pusaudža verbālos un neverbālos signālus par agresijas sākumu. Darba apjoms ir 56 lapas, to starpā 3 tabulas. Darbam ir pievienoti 4 pielikumi.

The topicality of the topic is based on the need of adolescents with behavioral disorders for a special form of interaction. Bachelor's thesis “Principles of interaction in the care of adolescents with behavioral disorders” research aim was to find out what are the principles of interaction when caring for adolescents with behavioral disorders. The question of the research is "What are the principles of interaction when caring for adolescents with behavioral disorders?" The qualitative research method was chosen for the work and a semi-structured interview was used as a research tool. Conclusions formed during the research: 1.The principles of interaction are a sense of security; showing respect; noticing and highlighting the positive; do not judge the teenager; peace; friendly attitude; equality; support. 2.Recommended ways to respond to adolescent aggression are to remain calm; adjust the tone of voice; show interest; be flexible; do not impose will; not to behave like a teenager, set a good example, control emotions; lead a calm, positive conversation; try to predict behavior by observing the adolescent's verbal and non-verbal signals about the onset of aggression. The volume of the work is 56 pages, among them 3 tables. 4 appendices are attached to the work.
