Savstarpējās saziņas kultūras ietekme uz pacientu drošību NMPUK

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Savstarpējās saziņas kultūras ietekme uz pacientu drošību NMPUK” izstrādāts LU Medicīnas fakultātē. Bakalaura darba mērķis: noskaidrot savstarpējās saziņas kultūras ietekmi uz pacientu drošību NMPUK. Hipotēze: Pacientu drošību visvairāk ietekmē tādi saziņas kultūras elementi kā personāla zināšanas un prasmes, personāla savstarpējā saskarsme un prasmes veidot veselīgu komunikāciju, bet vismazākā ietekme ir attieksmei no pacienta puses un pacienta motivācijai līdzdarboties. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas, pētnieciskās daļas un 1 pielikuma. Teorētiskajā daļā aplūkots pacientu drošības jēdziens savstarpējo saziņu ietekmējošie faktori un tās nozīme pacientu drošības īstenošanā, kā arī analizēta Madlēnas Leiningeres (Madeleine Leininger) Kultūras aprūpes teorija pētāmās tēmas kontekstā. Veikts pētījums vienā no lielākajām Rīgas universitātes slimnīcām, kurā aptaujāti 90 NMPUK strādājošās māsas un ārstu palīgi. Pētījuma laikā gūts izvirzītās hipotēzes apstiprinājums. Bakalaura darba izstrādē izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti angļu valodā. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 39 lappuses. Tas satur 10 attēlus. The Bachelor's thesis "Impact of mutual communication culture on patient safety at NMPUK" was developed at the Faculty of Medicine of the LU. The aim of the Bachelor's paper: to find out the influence of the culture of mutual communication on the safety of patients at NMPUK. Hypothesis: Patient safety is most influenced by elements of communication culture such as staff knowledge and skills, staff interaction and skills to create healthy communication, while the least impact is the attitude of the patient and the patient's motivation to cooperate. The Bachelor's paper consists of a theoretical part, a research part and 1 appendix. The theoretical part examines the concept of patient safety, the factors affecting mutual communication and its importance in the implementation of patient safety, as well as the analysis of Madeleine Leininger's Theory of Cultural Care in the context of the research topic. A study was conducted in one of the largest Riga University hospitals, in which 90 nurses and physician assistants working at NMPUK were surveyed. The hypothesis was confirmed during the research. In the development of Bachelor paper, 30 literary sources have been used, all of them in English. The total volume of the Bachelor paper is 39 pages. It contains 10 images.
