Pacientu ar urostomu dzīves kvalitāte

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “Pacientu ar urostomu dzīves kvalitāte”. Bakalaura darba tēmas aktualitāte ir saistīta ar pacientu dzīves kvalitāti un pielāgošanos urostomai. Latvijā ir ap 2000 stomu nēsātāji. Kā liecina pētījumi, 25%, no tiem ir strādājošie. Mūsdienās stomai nav jābūt par iemeslu, lai cilvēks neizietu no mājas un ieslīgtu depresijā. Urostoma ir maisiņš uz vēdera, kas pacientam drīzāk rada neērtību, bet ar kuru jāsadzīvo līdz pat mūža galam. Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot pacienta ar urostomu dzīves kvalitāti. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir izpētīt zinātnisko literatūru un avotus, analizēt Kolistas Rojas māszinību piemērošanās teoriju saistībā ar dzīves kvalitāti pacientiem ar urostomu, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu - intervijas jautājumus un veikt pacientu intervēšanu, apkopot pētījuma rezultātus un analizēt tos, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt ieteikumus pacientu dzīves kvalitātes uzlabošanai pacientiem ar urostomu. Pētījuma jautājums: kāda ir pacientu ar urostomu dzīves kvalitāte? Pētnieciskajā daļā tiek aprakstīta pētījuma metodoloģija. Veicot pētījumu, tika izmantota kvalitatīva pētniecības metode. Pētījuma instruments daļēji strukturēta intervija, kurā piedalījās 7 respondenti ar urostomu. Izstrādājot pētījumu, tika noskaidrota atbilde uz pētījuma jautājumu, ka pacientiem ar urostomu ir nepietiekami dzīves kvalitātes apstākļi, joprojām pastāv ierobežojošie faktori, kā iekļaušanās sabiedrībā, materiāla labklājība, fiziskā un emocionālā labsajūta. Bachelor's thesis topic "Quality of life of patients with urostomy". The topicality of the topic of the bachelor thesis is related to the quality of life of patients and adaptation to urostomy. There are around 2,000 stoma wearers in Latvia. According to studies, 25% of them are working people. Today, a stoma does not have to be a reason for a person not to leave the house and fall into depression. A urostomy is a pouch on the abdomen that rather causes discomfort to the patient, but has to live with until the end of life. The purpose of the study: to find out the quality of life of a patient with a urostomy. The tasks of the research are to study the scientific literature and sources, to analyze Kolista Roja's theory of nursing adaptation in relation to the quality of life of patients with urostomy, to develop a research tool - interview questions and to conduct patient interviews, to collect research results and analyze them, to draw conclusions and develop recommendations for improving the quality of life of patients in patients with a urostomy. Research question: What is the quality of life of patients with a urostomy? The research part describes the research methodology. A qualitative research method was used in conducting the study. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview with 7 respondents with a urostomy. When developing the research, the answer to the research question was found out, that patients with urostomy have insufficient quality of life conditions, because there are still limiting factors, such as inclusion in society, material well-being, physical and emotional well-being. The bachelor thesis consists of 40 pages, 35 literary sources (Latvian and German) and 2 appendices. Key words: Quality of life, patient, urostomy, adaptation, care.
