Kakla skriemeļu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējums un attēla kvalitātes kritēriji pacientiem ar spondilozi

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “Kakla skriemeļu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējums un attēla kvalitātes kritēriji pacientiem ar spondilozi”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kakla skriemeļu attēla kvalitātes kritērijus un to ievērošanu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumā pacientiem ar spondilozi. Darbā ir analizēta kakla skriemeļu normālā anatomija, radioloģiskā anatomija, spondilozes etioloģija, to klīniskās izpausmes, kakla skriemeļu datortomogrāfija, attēla kvalitātes kritēriji. Savukārt, pētnieciskajā daļā tika atlasīti un izvērtēti kakla skriemeļu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma attēli, kuru rezultāti ir atspoguļoti pielikumos. Darbā ir aprakstīta kvalitatīva un kvantitatīva pētījuma metodes. Pētījums tika veikts X veselības aprūpes iestādē, kurā tika saņemta atļauja pētījuma veikšanai. Atļaujas oriģināls atrodas pie autora. Darba rezultātā tika apkopota, analizēta literatūra, veikts pētījums, izstrādāti priekšlikumi un veikti secinājumi kakla skriemeļu datortomogrāfijā pacientiem ar spondilozi. Darba apjoms ir 42 lappuses, to veido 4 nodaļas un 8 apakšnodaļas, darbā ir izmantoti 26 literatūras avoti, 4 pielikumi, darbā ir iekļauti 24 attēli, no kuriem 19 attēli ir pētījuma diagrammas, veikti 5 secinājumi.

The bachelor thesis topic is "Computed Tomography of Cervical Vertebrae and Image Quality Criteria in Patients with Spondylosis". The study aims to determine the quality criteria of the image of the cervical vertebrae and their observance in computed tomography in patients with spondylosis. The normal anatomy of cervical vertebrae, radiological anatomy, the etiology of spondylosis, their clinical manifestations, image quality criteria of computed tomography of cervical vertebrae are analysed. In the research part, CT images of cervical vertebrae were selected and evaluated, the results of which are presented in the appendices. The qualitative and quantitative research methods are described in the thesis. The study was conducted at X health care facility, where permission to conduct the study was obtained. The original authorization is on file with the author. The study involved summarizing results, analyzing literature, performing the study, making proposals, and drawing conclusions from computed tomography of cervical vertebrae in patients with spondylosis. The volume of the work is 42 pages, it consists of 4 chapters and 8 subchapters, the work has used 26 literature sources, 4 appendices, the work includes 24 figures, of which 19 figures are the diagrams of the study, made 5 conclusions.
