Pacientu ar ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzumu aprūpe pēcoperācijas periodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats: Pacientu ar ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzumu aprūpe pēcoperācijas periodā. Ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzumi veido 6% no kopējā lūzumu skaita. Kaulu struktūras izmaiņu dēļ 90% cilvēkus ar ciskas kaulu kakliņa lūzumu ir vecāka gadu gājumā no kuriem lielākā daļa ir sievietes. Pēc statistikas 2022. gadā ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzums Latvijā konstatēts 1323 cilvēkam, turklāt šis skaits saglabājas nemainīgi augsts ilgstoša periodā. Pēcoperācijas pacienti ir uzņēmīgi pret nopietnām komplikācijām, tādēļ ir konstatējams augsta letalitāte pēc ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzuma. Pareizi aprūpēts pacients pēcoperācijas periodā, var izvairīties no daudzām aprūpes problēmām. Pētījuma mērķis: Izpētīt pacienta ar ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzumu aprūpi pēcoperācijas periodā. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.Apkopot un analizēt literatūru par pacientu aprūpi ar ciskas kaulu kakliņa lūzumiem. 2.Veikt V. Hendersones pamatvajadzību teorijas analīzi saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu. 3.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu, veikt pētījumu. 4.Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus. 5.Izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums: kādas ir pacientu ar ciskas kaula kakliņa lūzumu aprūpes vajadzības pēcoperācijas periodā? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvs pētījums ar kontentanalīzi, pētniecības instruments – intervija. Pētījuma rezultāti: Apkopojot intervijās saņemto informāciju, secināms, ka ir ļoti svarīga sadarbība starp māsu, citiem aprūpes speciālistiem (ārsts, fizioterapeits), pacientu un viņa piederīgiem. Aprūpes procesā ir jānodrošina holistiska pieeja, ievērojot visu līmeņu vajadzības, jo īpaši psiholoģiskās, kas atbilst V. Hendersones māszinību teorijas pamatnostādnēm. Liela uzmanība ir pievēršama pacientu izglītošanai, lai veicinātu līdzestību.

Bachelor's thesis topic: Care of patients with femoral neck fractures in the postoperative period Femoral neck fractures account for 6% of the total number of fractures. Due to changes in bone structure, 90% of people with a femoral neck fracture are elderly, most of whom are women. According to statistics, in 2022, a femoral neck fracture was detected in 1,323 people in Latvia, and this number remains consistently high for a long period of time. After surgery, patients are susceptible to serious complications, which is why there is a high death rate after femoral neck fracture. Proper care for patient in the postoperative period can prevent a lot of further problems. An important role in the patient's recovery process is played by a structured intervention program developed by nurses, which aims to give the patient the opportunity to achieve the greatest possible autonomy and independence in self-care, since the need for functional recovery after surgery is extremely important for the restoration of functional abilities and return to social and professional life. The purpose of the study: To investigate the postoperative care for patient with a femoral neck fracture. Research tasks: 1.To collect and analyze the literature on the care for patients with femoral neck fractures. 2.To carry out the analysis of V. Henderson's theory of basic needs in connection with the topic of the bachelor's thesis. 3.Develop a research tool, conduct research. 4.Collect and analyze literature. 5.Draw conclusions. Research question: What is the postoperative care of patients with femoral neck fractures? Research method: Qualitative research with content analysis, research tool – interview Research results: Summarizing the information received in the interviews, it can be concluded that cooperation between the nurse, other care specialists (doctor, physiotherapist), the patient and his relatives is very important. During care process, a holistic approach should be provided, respecting the needs of all levels, especially the psychological ones, which corresponds to the guidelines of V. Henderson's nursing theory. Much attention is paid to patient education to promote compliance.
