Vides piemērotība pusaudžu ar psihiskām slimībām un uzvedības traucējumiem aprūpē psihoneiroloģiskajā slimnīcā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba darba tēma “Vides piemērotība pusaudžu ar psihiskām slimībām un uzvedības traucējumiem aprūpē psihoneiroloģiskajā slimnīcā” izvēlēta, jo mūsdienās aktualizējies ir jautājums par drošas vides nodrošināšanu psihoneiroloģiskajā slimnīcā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka, ka arvien vairāk pusaudžu ar psihiskām slimībām un uzvedības traucējumiem nonāk slimnīcā, tāpēc ir svarīgi, lai aprūpē iesaistītais personāls spētu nodrošināt labvēlīgus vides apstākļus pacientiem, kā rezultātā pacientam tiktu nodrošināta kvalitatīva veselības aprūpe. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot būtiskākos drošas vides faktorus pusaudžu ar psihiskām saslimšanām un uzvedības traucējumiem aprūpē. Pētniecības metode: Kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, balstīta uz kontentanalīzi. Pētniecības instruments: Intervijas jautājumi. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka būtiskākie drošas vides faktori, aprūpējot pusaudžus ar psihiskām slimībām un uzvedības traucējumiem, ir drošas fiziskās telpas, kas ir izolētas no asiem priekšmetiem, nepiemērotām mēbelēm, telpas ar papildus drošību logiem, durvīm, elektroinstalācijām. Drošu vidi veido arī pozitīva komunikācija ar personālu un citiem pacientiem un atbalstošs personāls.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis “Suitability of the environment in the care of adolescents with psychiatric illnesses and behavioral disorders in a psychoneurological hospital” was chosen because nowadays the question of ensuring a safe environment in a psychoneurological hospital has become topical. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that more and more adolescents with mental illnesses and behavioral disorders end up in the hospital, so it is important that the personnel involved in the care should be able to provide favorable environmental conditions for the patients, as a result of which the patient would be provided with quality health care. The purpose of the study is to find out the most important factors of a safe environment when caring for adolescents with mental illnesses and behavioral disorders. Research method: Qualitative research method based on content analysis. Research instrument: Interview questions. The results of the study show that the most important factors of a safe environment when caring for adolescents with mental illnesses and behavioral disorders are safe physical spaces that are isolated from sharp objects, unsuitable furniture, rooms with additional security for windows, doors, electrical installations. A safe environment also includes positive communication with staff and other patients and supportive staff.
