Abstract

Bakalaura darbs: Vājdzirdīgu un nedzirdīgu pacientu aprūpe asinsvadu un ķirurģijas nodaļās, tika veikts ar mērķi, lai noskaidrotu vājdzirdīgu un nedzirdīgu pacientu aprūpi asinsvadu un ķirurģijas nodaļās. Darba tēmas izvēli nosaka aktualitāte, ka katram pacientam ir nepieciešama sava inviduāla aprūpe, lai nodrošinātu viņam vēlamāko labklājību un ārstēšanu, taču vājdzirdīgu un nedzirdīgu pacientu aprūpē var rasties dažādas problēmas, lai netiktu veikta pilnvērtīga aprūpe, tāpēc ir nepieciešama pareiza aprūpes pieejamība un atbalsts. Pētījuma uzdevumi: analizēt Virdžīnijas Hendersones māszinību teoriju vājdzirdīgu un nedzirdīgu pacientu aprūpē; apkopot un analizēt teorētisko literatūru par vājdzirdīgu un nedzirdīgu pacientu aprūpi, izveidot pētījuma instrumentu- interviju, veikt interviju; analizēt un interpretēt iegūtos pētījuma rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt ieteikumus. Pētījuma jautājums: kā tiek nodrošināta aprūpe vājdzirdīgiem un nedzirdīgiem pacientiem asinsvadu un ķirurģijas nodaļās? Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka māsas asinsvadu un ķirurģijas nodaļās pārsvarā sazinās ar rakstu palīdzību šādiem pacientiem un grūtības sagādā laiks, kas jāvelta lai iegūtu atgriezenisko saiti. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 40.lpp un 3. pielikumiem un 33 literatūras avotiem.

Bachelor's thesis: Care of hearing-impaired and deaf patients in vascular and surgical departments, was carried out with the aim of clarifying the care of hearing-impaired and deaf patients in vascular and surgical departments. The relevance of the choice of the work topic is that each patient needs his own individual care in order to provide him with the best welfare and treatment, but in the care of hard-of-hearing and deaf patients, there can be various problems, so that full-fledged care is not carried out, so proper access to care and support is necessary. Research tasks: to analyze Virginia Henderson's theory of nursing in the care of deaf and hard of hearing patients; collect and analyze the theoretical literature on the care of deaf and hard of hearing patients, create a research tool - interview, conduct an interview; analyze and interpret the obtained research results and draw conclusions and develop recommendations. The research raised the question: how is care provided to hard-of-hearing and deaf patients in vascular and surgical departments? The results of the study show that the nurses of the vascular and surgical departments mostly communicate with the help of articles and it is difficult to get the time that should be desired to get feedback. The bachelor thesis consists of 40 pages and 3 appendices and 33 literature sources.
