Abstract

Bakalaura darbā "Darba vides riska faktori māsu praksē Radioloģijas nodaļā" autore apskata nozīmīgu un aktuālu tematu veselības aprūpes sektorā. Pētījumā tiek izcelta radioloģijas māsu saskaršanās ar specifiskiem darba vides riskiem, kas ietekmē gan viņu pašu veselību, gan pacientu drošību. Pētījuma mērķis ir identificēt šos riska faktorus un izstrādāt rekomendācijas, kas veicinātu drošāku un veselīgāku darba vidi. Pēdējā laikā šā temata nozīmīgums ir pieaugošs, jo radioloģijas nozarē darba intensitāte un tehnoloģiju lietošana nepārtraukti pieaug. Izmantojot kvalitatīvu neeksperimentālu pētniecības metodi - šķērsgriezuma aprakstošo pētījumu, un veicot naratīvu analīzi, ir izstrādāti intervijas jautājumi un veikta detalizēta literatūras analīze. Pētījuma rezultāti ļauj izdarīt secinājumus par to, kā uzlabot māsu darba apstākļus un samazināt riskus radioloģijas vidē, tādejādi veicinot efektivitāti un pacientu drošību. Bakalaura darbs sniedz ieguldījumu gan teorētiskās zināšanās, gan praktiskos aspektos, kas ir būtiski veselības aprūpes kvalitātes un drošības uzlabošanai.

The bachelor's thesis "Work Environment Risk Factors in Nursing Practice at the Radiology Department" addresses a significant and topical issue in the healthcare sector. The study highlights the specific work environment risks that radiology nurses encounter, which affect not only their own health but also patient safety. The aim of the study is to identify these risk factors and develop recommendations to promote a safer and healthier work environment. The importance of this topic has been increasing recently, as the intensity of work and the use of technology in the radiology sector continue to grow. Using a qualitative non-experimental research method - a cross-sectional descriptive study, and conducting a narrative analysis, I have developed interview questions and conducted a detailed literature review. The results of the study allow conclusions to be drawn on how to improve the working conditions of nurses and reduce risks in the radiology environment, thereby promoting efficiency and patient safety. The bachelor's thesis contributes to both theoretical knowledge and practical aspects, which are essential for improving the quality and safety of healthcare.
