Premenopauzes vecuma pacientu izglītošana par osteoporozes riska faktoriem ģimenes ārsta praksē

Abstract

Darba tēma - Premenopauzes vecuma pacientu izglītošana par osteoporozes riska faktoriem ģimenes ārsta praksē. Pēc Pasaules Veselības organizācijas datiem osteoporoze ir otra izplatītākā patoloģija pēc sirds un asinsvadu slimībām. Osteoporoze jeb trauslo kaulu slimība skar vairāk nekā 200 milj. cilvēku visā pasaulē un izraisa vairāk nekā 8,9 milj. lūzumu gadā. Visbiežāk sastopamā forma ir pēcmenopauzes osteoporoze, kas sievietēm ir saistīta ar menopauzes iestāšanos. Profilakse un izglītošana par osteoporozes riska faktoriem sievietēm ir svarīga jau premenopauzes posmā.Darba mērķis: noskaidrot pacientu izglītošanu par osteoporozes riska faktoriem premenopauzes periodā ģimenes ārsta praksē. Pētījuma uzdevumi: pētīt zinātnisko literatūru par osteoporozi un izglītošanas metodēm, kā teorētisko pamatu izmantot B. Ņūmenas māszinību teoriju, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu- aptaujas anketu, veikt kvantitatīvu pētījumu premenopauzes vecuma sieviešu vidū, apkopot un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus, izdarīt secinājumus. Hipotēze: Izglītošana kā profilaktisks pasākums premenopauzes vecuma sievietēm ģimenes ārsta praksē ir būtiski jāpilnveido, lai mazinātu osteoporozes riska faktorus.Pētījuma rezultātā iegūtais respondentu zināšanu pašnovērtējums par osteoporozes riska faktoriem liecina, ka tikai 22,5% to vērtē kā pietiekamu un 76,1 % respondentu apliecina, ka ģimenes ārsta praksē netiek izglītoti par osteoporozes riska faktoriem un to novēršanu, tādējādi izvirzītais pētījuma mērķis ir sasniegts un hipotēze apstiprinājusies. The topic of the work - ,,Patient education about osteoporosis risk factors during menopause in a family doctor’s practice”. According to the World Health Organization, osteoporosis is the second most common pathology after cardiovascular diseases. Osteoporosis, or brittle bone disease, affects more than 200 million people. of people all over the world and causes more than 8.9 million. in the year of fractures. The most common form is postmenopausal osteoporosis, which in women is associated with the onset of menopause. Prevention and education about the risk factors for osteoporosis in women is important already in the premenopausal stage. The purpose of the work: to find out the education of patients about the risk factors for osteoporosis in the premenopausal period in the general practitioner's practice. Research tasks: to study the scientific literature on osteoporosis and educational methods, to use B. Newman's theory of nursing as a theoretical basis, to develop a research instrument- questionnaire, to conduct a quantitative study among women of premenopausal age, to summarize and analyze the results obtained, to draw conclusions. Hypothesis: Education as a preventive measure for premenopausal women in general practitioner practice needs to be significantly improved in order to reduce the risk factors for osteoporosis. The self-assessment of respondents' knowledge of osteoporosis risk factors obtained as a result of the study shows that only 22.5 % rate it as sufficient and 76.1 % of respondents confirm that they are not educated in general practitioner's practice about osteoporosis risk factors and their prevention, thus the stated goal of the study has been achieved and the hypothesis has been confirmed.
