Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Pašaprūpi ietekmējošie faktori agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc spieķa kaula distālās metafīzes lūzuma. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka lielais skaits pacientu, kas ik gadu tiek stacionēti slimnīcā uz ķirurģisku traumas ārstēšanu. Darba autore izvirza mērķi: izpētīt pašaprūpi ietekmējošos faktorus agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc spieķa kaula distālās metafīzes lūzuma. Autore izvēlējās izpētīt pašaprūpi ietekmējošos faktorus pēc šīs traumas, jo trauma rokā, īpaši, vadošajā rokā ietekmē ikdienas aktivitātes un dzīves kvalitāti. Autore izvirzīja hipotēzi: pašaprūpi ietekmējošie faktori agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc spieķa kaula distālās metafīzes lūzuma ir pacienta vecums, imobilizācijas ievērošana un komunikācija ar medicīnas personālu. Sākotnēji izvirzītā hipotēze pilnīgi apstiprinājās. Darba uzdevumi: 1. Analizēt literatūru par spieķa kaula distālās metafīzes lūzumu, pašaprūpi ietekmējošiem faktoriem un agrīno pēcoperācijas periodu; 2. Veikt Roper – Logan – Tierney māsu aprūpes modeļa analīzi saistībā ar spieķa kaula distālās metafīzes lūzumu; 3. Izveidot pētījuma instrumentu – aptaujas anketu un veikt pētījumu; 4. Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus; 5. Formulēt secinājumus. Darba autore veica kvantitatīvu pētījumu Rīgas slimnīcā ar traumas profilu. Pētījuma respondenti bija akūtās traumatoloģijas nodaļas pacienti agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc spieķa kaula distālās metafīzes lūzuma. Pētījuma rezultātos atspoguļojas hipotēzes apstiprinājums, pašaprūpes darbības, kuras sagādā vislielākās problēmas agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā un komunikācijas starp māsu un pacienu nozīmīgums. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām, secinājumiem un pielikumiem. Izmantoti 33 literatūras avoti. The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the factors affecting self-care in the early postoperative period after distal metaphysis of the radius fracture. Actuality of the topic is determined by the large number of patients admitted to hospital each year for surgical treatment of trauma. Aim of the work – explore factors affecting self-care in the early postoperative period after distal metaphysis of the radius fracture. The author chose to explore the factors affecting self-care after this injury, as an injury to the arm, especially the leading arm, affects daily activities and quality of life. The author hypothessised: factors affecting self-care in the early postoperative period after distal metaphysis of the radius fracture is patient age, adherence to immobilization and communication with the medical staff. The initially proposed hypothesis was completly confirmed. Research tasks: 1. Analyze the literature about distal metaphysis of the radius fracture, factors affecting self-care and early postoperative period; 2. To analyze the Roper – Logan – Tierney model of nursing care in relation to distal metaphysis of the radius fracture; 3. Create a research instrument – questionnaire and conduct research; 4. Collect and analyze the obtained data; 5. Formulate conclusions. The author conducted a quantitative study in Riga Hospital with a trauma profile. The respondents of the study were patients of the acute trauma department in the early postoperative period after distal metaphysis of the radius fracture. The results of the study reflect the confirmation of the hypothesis, self-care activities that cause the greatest problems in the early postoperative period and the importance of communication between the nurse and the patient.
