Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Vispārējās aprūpes māsu iesaiste zinātniskajos pētījumos Latvijā”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot vispārējās aprūpes māsas iesaisti zinātniskajos pētījumos Latvijā. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir izpētīt literatūras avotus par vispārējās aprūpes māsas iesaisti zinātniskajos pētījumos. Raksturot Patricia Benner māszinību teoriju, saistīt to ar pētījuma tēmu, veikt pētījumu un intervēt respondentus, apstrādāt un izanalizēt iegūtos datus, izveidot secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums - kāda ir vispārējās aprūpes māsu iesaiste zinātniskajos pētījumos Latvijā? Pētniecības instruments – strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma ietvaros tika intervēti 6 respondenti. Pētījuma rezultāti tika apkopoti un izanalizēti. Pētījuma būtiskākie secinājumi: Vispārējās aprūpes māsas loma zinātniskajā pētniecībā ir piedāvāt pacientiem piedalīties zinātniskajos pētījumos. Iesaistoties zinātniskajos pētījumos nodrošināt kvalitatīvu un uz pacientu centrētu aprūpi pētījuma laikā, kas neapdraud pacientu drošību un nerada papildus riskus Vispārējās aprūpes māsu iesaiste zinātniskajos pētījumos būtu ļoti nozīmīgs papildinājum pētniecībā, jo māsas ar savu profesionālo kompetenci uzlabotu pacientu aprūpi un pētījuma rezultātu precizitāti. Vispārējās aprūpes māsas netiek nopietni uztvertas zinātnisko pētījumu nozarē. Ja vispārēja aprūpes māsa ir izvēlējusies iesaistīties pētījumos, tad tas ir jādara brīvajā laikā ārpus pamatdarba. Valodas trūkums arī ir liels šķērslis kvalitatīvai pētniecībai. Darbs sastāv no 48 lappusēm, izmantoti 50 literatūras avoti, 10 kontentanalīzes tabulas. The purpose of the study is to ascertain the involvement of the nurse of general care in scientific research in Latvia. The study's tasks are to explore sources of literature about the involvement of a nurse in general care in scientific research. Characterize Patricia Benner's theory of nursing, link it to the subject of the study, conduct a study and interview respondents, process and analyze the findings, draw conclusions. Study question - What is the involvement of nurses in general care in scientific research in Latvia? Research tool - structured interview. As part of the study, 6 respondents were interviewed. The results of the study were collected and analysed. Key findings of the study: The role of general care nurse in scientific research is to offer patients participation in scientific research. By engaging in scientific research to ensure high quality and patient-centred care during the study, which does not endanger patient safety and does not pose additional risks The involvement of nurses in general care in scientific research would be very important additions to research, as nurses with their professional competence would improve patient care and the accuracy of study results. General care nurses are not being taken seriously in the scientific research industry. If a general care nurse has chosen to engage in research, then this should be done during their spare time away from basic work. The lack of language is also a major barrier to quality research.
