Māsu ikdienas ierakstu kritēriju standartizācija pediatrijas pacientu aprūpes stacionārā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma “Māsu ikdienas ierakstu kritēriju standartizācija pediatrijas pacientu aprūpes stacionārā.” Maģistra darba mērķis - izveidot bērnu aprūpes māsu ikdienas ierakstu kritēriju standartu stacionārā. Pētījumā tika apkopota un analizēta literatūra par bērnu fizisko un psihisko vecumposmu īpatnībām, bērnu aprūpes specifiku un dokumentāciju aprūpes procesā. Tika analizēta V. Hendersones sistēmas teorija, saistībā ar dokumentācijas standartizēšanu. Maģistra darbā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode, darbības pētījuma ietvarā. Iegūtie dati tika analizēti ar kvalitatīvās kontentanalīzes metodi un tika izmantota intervijas otrajā daļā Likerta skala. Apkopojot intervijas datu atbildes, tika izveidota māsu ikdienas ieraksta standarta sistēmas sagatave un veikti secinājumi, un rasti ieteikumi. Pētījuma darba jautājums - noskaidrot, kāda ir māsu ikdienas ierakstu kritēriju efektīva standarta sistēma? Pētījumā noskaidrots, ka māsu ikdienas ierakstu efektīva standarta sistēma ir ar noteiktiem sagataves kritērijiem dokumentācijā, kas tika izveidoti pētījuma izstrādes laika posmā un ir praktiski pielietojami māsu darbā.

Theme of the Master thesis "Standardization of criteria for nurse’s daily records in a pediatric patient care hospital." The purpose of the master's thesis is to create a standard of criteria for the daily records of childcare nurses in an inpatient care stationary. Study was collected and analyzed the literature of children's physical and mental age stages, the specifics of childcare and documentation in the care process. V. Henderson's theory of the system was analyzed in connection with documentation standardization. The master’s Thesis used the qualitative research method, within the framework of action research. The obtained data were analyzed with the method of qualitative content analysis and the Likert scale was used in the second part of the interview. Collecting the answers of the interview data, a template for a standard nursing daily record system was created, made conclusions and recommendations. The question of the research work - to find out what is the effective standard system of criteria for daily records of nurses? The study found the effective standard system criteria of nurse’s daily records has in the documentation, which created in the research development period and are practically applicable in nursing work.
