Izgulējumu profilakse un pacientu aprūpe stacionāra nodaļās

Abstract

Bakalaura darba ‘’Izgulējumu profilakse un aprūpe stacionāra nodaļās’’ mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda ir izgulējumu aprūpe un profilaktiskie pasākumi pacientiem ar izgulējumiem stacionāra nodaļās. Pētījuma darba uzdevumi ir apkopot un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par izgulējumiem, to veidošanos, riska faktoriem, to noteikšanu, biežākajām vietām, stadijām, profilaksi un aprūpi. Analizēt Virdžīnijas Hendersones (Virginia Henderson) māsu teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu. Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – interviju. Veikt pētījumu, apkopot un analizēt pētījuma rezultātus, veikt secinājumus. Darbā tika izvirzīti pētījuma jautājumi – kādus profilaktiskos pasākumus māsas pielieto, lai pacientiem stacionāra nodaļās neveidotos izgulējumi, un kā stacionāra nodaļās tiek veikta izgulējumu aprūpe? Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika izmantots kvalitatīvs pētījums, ar pētījuma instrumentu – interviju. Pētījums tika veikts laikā no 2024. gada 27. marta līdz 2024. gada 15. maijam. Pētījumā piedalījās 11 stacionāra nodaļās strādājošās māsas. Atslēgvārdi: izgulējumi, aprūpe, profilakse, māsas, pētījums, intervija.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis "Prevention of bedsores and care in inpatient ward" is to find out what kind of care and preventive measures are necessary for bedsores in inpatient wards. The research work is to collect and analyze the scientific literature on bedsores, their effects, risk factors, their detection, the most frequent places, stages, prevention and care. Analyze Virginia Henderson's theory of nursing in relation to the topic of the bachelor's thesis. Develop research tools - interview. Conduct research, summarize and analyze research results, draw conclusions. Research questions are put forward in the work - what preventive measures do nurses use so that patients in inpatient wards do not develop bedsores, and how does bedsore care take place in the inpatient ward? In order to achieve the goals, a qualitative study was used, with the research tool - an interview. The study was conducted between March 27, 2024 and May 15, 2024.
