Šajā darbā ir izstrādāta jauna pieeja skolēnu iesaistes novērtēšanai reālajā laikā, lai uzlabotu tiešsaistes izglītības efektivitāti. Uzņemot studentu attēlus, izmantojot tīmekļa kameras, un izmantojot Google izstrādāto MediaPipe AI sistēmu sejas virzienu noteikšanai, no attēliem tiek iegūti skaitliskie sejas dati. Šie dati tiek izmantoti apmācībai ar divām mašīnmācīšanās metodēm: atbalsta vektoru mašīna (SVM) un padziļinātās mācīšanās metodes. Veicot klasifikāciju, pētījumā tiek iegūta optimālā metode skolēnu koncentrēšanās līmeņa noteikšanai. Iegūtie rezultāti palīdz uzlabot iesaistību un mācību rezultātus attālinātās mācību vidēs. Turklāt SVM un padziļinātās mācīšanās veiktspējas salīdzinājums sniedz vērtīgu ieskatu, nodrošinot pamatdatus turpmākajiem pētījumu virzieniem. This paper develops a new approach to evaluating the engagement of students in real-time, aiming to improve the efficiency of online education. By capturing student images through webcams and applying the MediaPipe AI framework provided by Google for face landmark detection, numerical facial data is extracted from the images. This data is used for training by two machine learning methods: Support Vector Machine (SVM) and deep learning techniques. Through classification, the research derives the optimal method for determining student concentration levels. The obtained results contribute to enhancing participation and educational outcomes in remote learning environments. Additionally, the performance comparison between SVM and deep learning offers valuable insights, providing foundational data for further research directions.
