Lietotāja pieredzes uzlabošana Latvijas Universitātes e-studiju vidē.

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ir pētīta Latvijas Universitātes e-studiju vides lietotāja pieredze, lietotājiem mijiedarbojoties ar vietni. Darba teorētiskajā daļā ir apkopotas lietotāja pieredzes teorētiskās pieejas, stratēģijas, izpētes metodoloģija, kā arī terminoloģija. Latvijas Universitātes e-studiju vides izpētes plāns iekļauj izvēlētās izpētes metodes, izpētes kritērijus un dažādus lietojamības scenārijus. Pētījums veikts, izmantojot sistēmas lietojamības skalu, lietojamības scenāriju pārbaudi, lietotāju intervijas un aptauju. Balstoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, darba autore piedāvā dizaina risinājumus un ieteikumus lietotāja pieredzes uzlabošanai, veicot atkārtotu lietotāju intervēšanu. Secinājumu daļā apkopoti aspekti, kas jāņem vērā, turpinot attīstīt Latvijas Universitātes e-studiju vidi, kā arī izveidota priekšlikumu kopa ar ieteikumiem, kā papildināt sistēmas funkcionalitāti un novērst esošās nepilnības.

IMPROVING THE USER EXPERIENCE IN THE E-STUDY ENVIRONMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF LATVIA. The bachelor thesis analysed the user experience of the e-study environment of the University of Latvia when users interact with the website. The theoretical part of the thesis summarises the theoretical approaches, strategies, research methods and terminology of user experience. The research plan for the e-study environment of the University of Latvia includes selected research methods, research criteria and different usability scenarios. The study was conducted using a system usability scale, user scenario testing, user interviews and a survey. Based on the results obtained in the study, the author of the paper offers design solutions and recommendations for improving the user experience through repeated user interviews. The conclusions’ part summarises the aspects that need to be considered in the further development of the e-study environment of the University of Latvia, as well as a number of suggestions on how to complement the functionality of the system and eliminate existing shortcomings.
