Nereti mirgošanas efekts vēja parku projektēšanā tiek apskatīts nepilnīgi, vai tiek pieņemts, ka neveidojas, jo līdz šim Latvijā nav izstrādātu nekādu standartu, kas noteiktu iespējamos mirgošanas efektus, noteiktu to ilgumu un ietekmes zonu. Maģistra darbā ietverta zinātniskās literatūras analīze – mirgošanas efekta veidošanās un izpausmju raksturojums, novērtēšanas iespējas, analizēta pieredze citās valstīs. Darba pētnieciskajā daļā novērtēts mirgošanas efekta ilgums Latvijā, noteiktā teritorijā, 5 dažādiem turbīnu veidiem. Novērtēšana veikta, izmantojot matemātisko modeli WindPRO 4.0. Iegūtie rezultāti tika statistiski apstrādāti JASP 0.18.3.0. programmā, tādējādi iegūstot datus par mirguļošanas ietekmi atkarībā no turbīnu veida. Maģistra darba rezultāti parāda, ka gan sliktākajā scenārijā, gan reālā gadījumā mirguļošana var pārsniegt 30 stundas/gadā, un ir nepieciešami noteikti mirguļošanas samazināšanas pasākumi. Often the flashing effect in the design of wind farms is not fully considered or it is assumed that it does not develop, because until now no standards have been developed in Latvia to determine possible flashing effects, determine their duration and impact zone. The Master's work includes an analysis of the scientific literature – characterisation of the formation and expression of the flashing effect, evaluation possibilities, and analysis of experience in other countries. The research part of the work assesses the duration of the flashing effect in Latvia, in a specific area, for 5 different types of turbines. The evaluation was carried out using the mathematical model WindPRO 4.0. The results obtained were statistically processed in THE JASP 0.18.3.0 programme, thus obtaining data on the impact of flashing depending on the type of turbines. The results of the Masters work show that, in both the worst case scenario and the real case scenario, flashing can exceed 30 hours/year and certain flashing reduction measures are needed.
