Enhitreīdu Oligochaeta, Enchytraeidae faunas dinamika klimata pārmaiņu apstākļos Ziemeļvidzemes biosfēras rezervāta priežu mežu augsnē

Abstract

Enhitreīdi ir viens no nozīmīgākajiem organisko atlieku noārdītājiem priežu mežu augsnēs. Klimata pārmaiņu izraisītās izmaiņas to sabiedrību struktūrā var izraisīt arī izmaiņas ekosistēmas funkcionēšanā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot klimata izmaiņu ietekmi uz enhitreīdu faunu – to sugu sastāvu un blīvuma dinamiku priežu mežu augsnē Ziemeļvidzemes biosfēras rezervātā, kā arī novērtēt to nozīmi bioindikācijā. Šīs teritorijas ilgtermiņa izpētes darbi aizsākās jau 1992.gadā. Darba ietvaros autore ir iepazinusies ar zinātnisko literatūru par monitoringa teritoriju, veicamo darbu metodiku un enhitreīdu (Enchytraeidae, Oligochaeta) bioloģiju un ekoloģiju.

Enchytraeids are one of the most important decomposers of organic residues in pine forest soils. Changes in the structure of their societies caused by climate change may also cause changes in ecosystem functioning. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the impact of climate change on enchytraeidae fauna - their species composition and density dynamics in the soil of pine forests in the Northern Vidzeme Biosphere Reserve, as well as to evaluate their importance in bioindication. The long-term research works of this territory started already in 1992. As part of the work, the author has familiarized with the scientific literature on the monitoring area, the methodology of the work to be performed, biology and ecology of enchytraeids (Enchytraeidae, Oligochaeta).
