Priekšlikumi daudzdzīvokļu ēku atjaunošanas plānošanai Vidzemes plānošanas reģionā: vienas pieturas aģentūras loma

Daudzdzīvokļu ēku atjaunošanas zemie tempi ir viens no lielākajiem Eiropas Zaļā kursa izaicinājumiem ne tikai Latvijā, bet arī visā Eiropas Savienībā, jo izvirzītie klimata mērķi līdz 2030. gadam paredz būtiski samazināt dzīvojamo ēku primārās enerģijas patēriņu. Tādēļ ir nepieciešami jauni ēku energorenovācijas atbalsta instrumenti. Maģistra darbā pētīta daudzdzīvokļu ēku atjaunošanas plānošanas sistēma Latvijā, tās efektivitāte un iespējamie pilnveidošanas risinājumi, analizēta vienas pieturas aģentūras loma. Darba rezultātā izstrādāti priekšlikumi vienas pieturas aģentūras kā atbalsta instrumenta izveidei daudzdzīvokļu ēku atjaunošanas veicināšanai un to energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanai Vidzemes plānošanas reģionā. The slow pace of renovation of multi-apartment buildings is one of the biggest challenges of the European Green Deal, not only in Latvia but also in the entire European Union. The climate goals by 2030 require a significant reduction in the primary energy consumption of residential buildings. Therefore, new support tools for the energy renovation of buildings are needed. The Master's thesis researches the planning system for renovating multi-apartment buildings in Latvia, its effectiveness, and possible improvement solutions. It also analyzes the role of a one-stop shop. Consequently, proposals were developed for creating a one-stop agency as a support tool for promoting the renovation of multi-apartment buildings and increasing energy efficiency in the Vidzeme planning region.
