Maģistra darbā “Vides faktoru ietekme uz Rīgas līča piekrastes zvejniecību” analizēti Rīgas līča vides modeļa parametri un Latvijas piekrastes rūpnieciskās nozvejas dati, lai aprakstītu ūdens temperatūras, sāļuma, ūdens straumes ātruma un virziena ietekmi uz nozvejas apjomu un sastāvu pa piekrastes reģioniem. Rīgas līcī ir daudzveidīga zvejniecība, kas tiešā veidā ir atkarīga no mērķa zivju sugām un reģionam raksturīgajiem meteoroloģiskajiem un hidroloģiskajiem apstākļiem. Izpratne par šo faktoru ietekmi ir svarīga zvejniecības nozares ilgtspējīgai pārvaldībai un attīstībai. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt saistību starp tādiem vides mainīgajiem lielumiem kā ūdens temperatūru, sāļumu, straumes ātrumu un virzienu ar zvejas aktivitāti un kopējo nozveju pa reģioniem un sugām. The Master's thesis "Impact of environmental factors on the coastal fisheries of Gulf of Riga" analyses the environmental model parameters and Latvian coastal industrial catch data to describe the impact of water temperature, salinity, water current speed and direction on the catch volume and composition by coastal region. The Gulf of Riga has a diverse fishery which is directly dependent on the target fish species and the meteorological and hydrological conditions specific to the region. Understanding the influence of these factors is important for the sustainable management and development of the fisheries sector. The aim of this study is to analyse the relationship between environmental variables such as water temperature, salinity, current speed and current direction with fishing activity and total catch by region and species.
