Ilgtspējīgas lauksaimniecības integrētas projektu vadības izstrāde un ieviešana

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Ilgtspējīgas lauksaimniecības integrētas projektu vadības projektēšana un ieviešana”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir integrētas projektu vadības sistēmas ieviešana, kas nemanāmi apvieno tradicionālos projektu vadības principus ar ilgtspējīgu lauksaimniecības praksi, kā rezultātā palielināsies lauksaimniecības projektu efektivitāte, samazināsies ietekme uz vidi un palielināsies lauksaimniecības projektu dzīvotspēja ilgtermiņā. Maģistra darba autore izstrādās integrētu projektu vadības sistēmu, lai izdarītu pamatotus secinājumus un sniegtu priekšlikumus ilgtspējīgas lauksaimniecības projektu vadībai un attīstībai. Darba pirmajā nodaļā autore apskata maģistra darba tēmas izvēli un tās atbilstību. Darba otrajā nodaļā ir aplūkota ilgtspējīga lauksaimniecība un tās principi, kā arī projektu vadība lauksaimniecības kontekstā. Darba trešajā nodaļā ir aprakstīta integrētā projektu vadība. Darba ceturtajā nodaļā ir analizēta aptauja ar respondentu sniegtajām atbildēm un izstrādāts ilgtspējīgas lauksaimniecības projektu ietvars. Ilgtspējīgas lauksaimniecības projektu panākumus tieši ietekmēs labi attīstīta sistēma.

The topic of the master’s thesis is “Design and implementation of an integrated project management for sustainable agriculture”. The goal of the master’s thesis is the implementation of an integrated project management framework, which seamlessly combines traditional project management principles with sustainable agricultural practices, will result in enhanced efficiency, reduced environmental impact, and increased long-term viability of agricultural projects. The author of the master’s thesis will develop an integrated project management system in order to develop reasonable conclusions and provide proposals for the management and development of sustainable agriculture projects. In the first chapter of the thesis, the author reviews the choice of the topic of the master’s thesis and its relevance. The second chapter of the thesis examines sustainable agriculture and its principles, as well as project management in the context of agriculture.The third chapter of the work describes integrated project management. The fourth chapter of the paper analyzes the survey with the answers provided by the respondents and develops a framework for sustainable agriculture projects. The success of sustainable agriculture projects will be directly influenced by a well-developed framework.
