SIA IBIZA finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums un attīstības iespējas nākotnē

Abstract

Kopš 2018.gadā meža nozarē ir novērojami gan īpaši labvēlīgi apstākļi, pieaugot pieprasījumam pēc būvniecības, gan krīzes periodi, ko ietekmē kokmateriālu pārprodukcija, izmaksu pieaugums, politiskā situācija pasaulē. Tāpēc ir nozīmīgi analizēt kokmateriālu vairumtirdzniecības uzņēmuma SIA “IBIZA” darbību, lai noteiktu nākotnes perspektīvas. Bakalaura darba mērķis: pamatojoties uz finanšu analīzes teorētiskajiem aspektiem un konkurentu un nozares raksturlielumiem novērtēt SIA IBIZA finansiālo stāvokli un uz izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma tālākās attīstības iespējām. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka SIA “IBIZA” ir vērsts uz attīstību un tā darbības tendences kopumā uzrāda pozitīvus rezultātus turpmākajai izaugsmei.

Since 2018, the forest sector has seen both particularly favourable conditions, affected by increasing demand for construction and periods of crisis affected by overproduction of timber, rising costs, the political situation in the world. Therefore, it is important to analyse the activities of the timber wholesaler SIA IBIZA in order to determine future perspectives. The aim of the bachelor's thesis: on the basis of theoretical aspects of the financial analysis and the characteristics of competitors and industry, assess the financial situation of SIA IBIZA and develop proposals for further development possibilities of the company. The results show that SIA IBIZA is oriented towards development and its operating tendencies generally show positive results for future growth.
