Koka mēbeļu eksporta uzņēmuma izveide

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt risinājumu Latvijā ražotu koka mēbeļu eksporta veicināšanai. Meža nozare ir viena no Latvijas eksportspējīgākajām nozarēm, un pēdējo gadu laikā starptautiskajā tirgū ir tendence izvēlēties koka mēbeles tās ilgtspējas dēļ, tomēr koka mēbeļu segments veido tikai 5,8% no Latvijas kopējās nozares eksporta apjoma vērtības. Darbā tiek veikta problēmas analīze un noteikta konkrēti risināmā problēma: nav izstrādāts risinājums, kurš nodrošinātu koka mēbeļu eksporta procesa organizēšanu. Problēmas risinājumam tiek izvirzītas un salīdzinātas alternatīvas, izvirzot projekta priekšlikumu, kura īstenošanai veikta rokasgrāmatas izstrāde. Lai risinātu izvirzīto problēmu, autore piedāvā īstenot projektu: Koka mēbeļu eksporta uzņēmuma izveide. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 93 lapām, 14 tabulām, 20 attēliem un 38 pielikumiem.

The aim of the master's thesis is to develop a solution for promoting the export of wooden furniture produced in Latvia. The forest industry is one of Latvia's most exportable industries, and in recent years on the international market there has been a tendency to choose wooden furniture due to its sustainability, however, the wooden furniture segment accounts for only 5,8% of the value of Latvia's total industry exports. The work analyzes the problem and determines the specific problem to be solved: no solution has been developed that would ensure the organization of the export process of wooden furniture. Alternatives for the solution of the problem are presented and compared, putting forward a project proposal, of which a project manual has been developed. In order to solve the raised problem, the author proposes to implement the project: Creation of a wooden furniture export company. The master's thesis consists of 93 pages, 14 tables, 20 images and 38 attachments.
