Moduļu māju ražošanas uzņēmuma Rebalt Modular Systems saimnieciskās darbības un attīstības izvērtējums

Abstract

Finansiāli stabili uzņēmumi ir vērtība ne tikai valsts iekšējā, bet arī starptautiskajā tirgū. Lai sabiedrību finanšu pārskati sniegtu patiesu un skaidru priekšstatu, balstītu uz vadības kvalitatīviem lēmumiem, nepieciešama kompleksas finanšu pārskatu analīzes veikšana, kas liecinātu par profesionālu pieeju lēmumu pieņemšanā. Bakalaura darba mērķis: pamatojoties uz teorētiskajiem aspektiem novērtēt moduļu māju ražošanas uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības rezultātu un izstrādāt priekšlikumus turpmākai attīstībai. Lai sasniegtu izvēlēto mērķi, autore pētīja finanšu analīzes, SVID analīzes un konkurētspējas teorētiskos aspektus, novērtēja sabiedrības galvenos ekonomiskos rādītājus un salīdzināja ar pieciem moduļu māju ražošanas nozares uzņēmumiem, kā arī izpētīja nozares galvenās attīstības tendences. Nobeigumā apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti, izstrādāti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma turpmākai darbībai. Financially stable companies are valuable not only in the domestic market, but also in the international market. In order for the company's financial reports to provide a true and clear picture, based on quality management decisions, it is necessary to perform a complex analysis of financial reports, which would indicate a professional approach to decision-making. The aim of the bachelor's work: based on theoretical aspects, to assess the economic performance of the modular house production company and develop proposals for further development. In order to achieve the chosen goal, the author studied the theoretical aspects of financial analysis, SWOT analysis and competitiveness, evaluated the main economic indicators of the company and compared them with five companies of the modular house production industry, as well as researched the main development trends of the industry. In the end, the results of the study are summarized, conclusions are drawn up and proposals are made for the future operation of the company.
