Optimizācijas modeļu pielietojums uzņēmumā SIA "GMT Beauty Trade".

Abstract

Darba pētāmā problēma ir uzņēmuma SIA GMT Beauty Trade izmaksu un izmantoto resursu apjoma samazināšana un efektīva resursu izmantošana. Darba mērķis ir izveidot optimizācijas modeļu sistēmu uzņēmumam SIA GMT Beauty Trade un noteikt, kādos uzņēmuma darbības aspektos un cik lielā mērā ir iespējams samazināt izmaksas vai izmantoto resursu apjomu, tādā veidā maksimizējot uzņēmuma peļņu. Darba rezultāts ir uzņēmuma SIA GMT Beauty Trade optimizācijas modeļu sistēma, kas sastāv no sešiem lineārās programmēšanas optimizācijas modeļiem, kuri maksimizē SIA GMT Beauty Trade peļņu no produktu realizācijas un pakalpojumu sniegšanas. No iegūtajiem rezultātiem un to analīzes tiek izvirzīti secinājumi un priekšlikumi par iegūto rezultātu pielietošanu uzņēmuma turpmāko lēmumu pieņemšanā.

The research problem is the reduction of costs and the amount of resources used and the efficient use of resources at the GMT Beauty Trade Ltd. The aim of the research is to develop an optimisation model system for the company GMT Beauty Trade Ltd and to determine in which aspects of the company's activity and to what extent it is possible to reduce costs or the amount of resources used, thus maximising the company’s profits. The result of the research is a system of optimisation models for GMT Beauty Trade Ltd which consists of six linear programming optimization models that maximize the profit of GMT Beauty Trade Ltd from the sale of products and services. From the results obtained and their analysis, conclusions and proposals are made for the application of the results obtained in the future decision-making of the company.
