Konkurences padomes 2015. gadā konstatēto problēmu Latvijas apbedīšanas pakalpojumu tirgū stāvokļa analīze 2024. gadā.

Abstract

Apbedīšanas pakalpojumu nozare ir nozīmīga visai sabiedrībai, jo nepieciešamība tos izmantot var rasties ikvienam. 2015. gadā Konkurences padome, veicot Latvijas apbedīšanas pakalpojumu tirgus uzraudzību, secināja, ka nozarē pastāv nesakārtotība, tiek kropļota konkurence un negatīvi ietekmēti patērētāji. Pētījumā izmantotā informācija šobrīd ir 9-10 gadus veca, tāpēc nepieciešama atkārtota konstatēto problēmu stāvokļa izpēte. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā Konkurences padomes konstatēto problēmu stāvoklis ir mainījies 2024. gadā, un izstrādāt priekšlikumus valsts pārvaldei tirgus sakārtošanai. Analizējot no apbedīšanas birojiem ievāktos datus, normatīvos aktus, Latvijas slimnīcu sniegto informāciju un veicot ekspertīzi, aptaujājot ekspertus no četriem sektoriem (Quadruple Helix), tika izpētīts tirgus problēmu stāvoklis 2024. gadā, veikti secinājumi par to cēloņiem un sniegti priekšlikumi tirgus sakārtošanai. Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, tas sastāv no 63 lappusēm un 5 pielikumiem.

The funeral service industry is important to the entire society, as the need to use them can arise for anyone. In 2015, the Competition Council, while monitoring the market of funeral services in Latvia, concluded that there is disorganization in the sector, competition is distorted, and consumers are negatively affected. The information used in the research is currently 9-10 years old, therefore it is necessary to re-examine the state of the identified problems. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out how the situation of the problems identified by the Competition Council has changed in 2024, and to develop proposals for the state administration to organize the market. Analyzing the data collected from funeral homes, regulatory acts, information provided by Latvian hospitals and conducting expertise, interviewing experts from four sectors (Quadruple Helix), the state of market problems in 2024 was investigated, conclusions about the causes and proposals were made to organize the market. The bachelor's thesis is written in Latvian, it consists of 63 pages and 5 appendices.
