AS “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” finanšu analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir AS “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” finanšu analīze. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt AS “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” finansiālā stāvokļa izpēti, izmantojot finanšu analīzes principus, pamatojoties uz publiski pieejamo finanšu atskaišu datiem un finanšu analīzes nostādnēm, salīdzināt iegūtos rezultātus ar nozares vai līdzvērtīgu uzņēmumu grupu pieejamajiem datiem, lai izstrādātu priekšlikumus, kas palīdzēs uzlabot AS “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” darbības efektivitāti. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa tiek veltīta finanšu analīze teorētiskajai pusei. Otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta uzņēmuma saimnieciskā darbība. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma AS “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” finanšu analīze. Darba noslēgumā pievienoti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Darbs sastāv no 75 lapām. Bakalaura darba izstrādes laikā izmantota Latvijas Republikas likumdošana, statistikas dati, mācību un zinātniskās literatūras avoti, AS “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” un nozares konkurentu finanšu gadu pārskati, AS “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” mājaslapa un citi uzņēmuma publiski pieejamie dati, Lursoft mājaslapa un apkopotā informācija par nozares vidējiem rādītājiem, ORBIS datubāze par uzņēmumu nozares vidējiem rādītājiem. The Bachelor’s thesis topic is financial analysis of JSC “Dobeles dzirnavnieks”. The aim of the Bachelor’s thesis is to carry out an examination of the financial situation of JSC “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” using the principles of financial analysis, based on data from publicly available financial reports and guidelines, to compare the results obtained with the data available to industry or groups of equivalent companies in order to develop proposals that will help improve the efficiency of the activities of JSC “Dobeles dzirnavnieks”. The Bachelor’s thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to the theoretical side of the financial analysis. The second chapter deals with the economic activities of the company. Chapter three provides financial analysis of JSC “Dobeles dzirnavnieks”. The work concludes with conclusions and proposals. The thesis consists of 75 pages. During the development of the Bachelor’s thesis, legislation of the Republic of Latvia, statistical data, sources of teaching and scientific literature, reports of financial years of JSC “Dobeles dzirnavnieks” and other publicly available date of the company, the website of Lursoft and compiled information regarding the average indicators of the sector, the ORBIS database on the average indicators of the enterprise sector have been used.
