Abstract

Pensiju sistēmas ir kļuvušas par būtisku sociālekonomisku aspektu gan Latvijā, gan citur pasaulē, nodrošinot iedzīvotājiem ilgtspējīgu un drošu nākotni. Sistēmas ir veidotas, lai sniegtu finansiālu atbalstu cilvēkiem pensionāro vecumā, nodrošinot viņiem nepieciešamos līdzekļus pensiju saņemšanai. Tādējādi, viens no svarīgākajiem komponentiem pensiju sistēmās ir pirmais pensiju līmenis. Pirmais pensiju līmenis ir kā pirmais atbalsts pensionāriem, lai nodrošinātu Tas ir ne tikai ārkārtīgi svarīgs, bet arī nepieciešams sociālās nodrošināšanas kontekstā. Pētījums sniegs plašāku ieskatu pensiju sistēmu dinamikā un izaicinājumos, kā arī sniegs ieteikumus turpmākiem uzlabojumiem un pilnveidošanai.

The purpose of the Bachelor's work is to understand how effectively the state provides pensioners with a mandatory pension, what are its perspectives and to provide a deeper understanding of the level of first pensions in Latvia, paying attention to the principles, factors and impact of its activities on the welfare of pensioners. The study will provide more insight into the dynamics and challenges of pension systems, as well as make recommendations for further improvements and refinements.
