Uzņēmuma "Forum Cinemas" mobilās lietotnes lietojamības pilnveidošana

Abstract

Kino nozare Latvijā turpina attīstīties un adaptēt lietotājiem parocīgus rīkus, piemēram,mobilās lietotnes, mājaslapas, kā arī citus kanālus. Taču lietotāji nesteidz izmantot modernizācijas priekšrocības. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt un pilnveidot uzņēmuma “Forum Cinemas” mobilo lietotni, lai veicinātu tās izmantošanu un popularitātes veicināšanu lietotāju vidē. Precīzāk tika izpētīta lietotnes darbība un biļešu pārdošanas statistika, lai uzlabotu lietotāju apmierinātību, kā arī radītu pienesumu uzņēmumam gan finansiālā, gan inovatīvā ziņā. Pētījumā tika izstrādāts lietotnes prototips, kas balstīts uz datiem, kas iegūti veicot literatūras analīzi, lietotāju aptauju, kā arī interviju ar uzņēmuma pārstāvi. Pētījuma rezultāts var tikt izmantots uzņēmuma “Forum Cinemas” lietotnes uzlabošanai, kā arī Latvijas kino industrijas attīstībā.

The cinema industry in Latvia continues to develop and adapt user-friendly tools, such as mobile apps, websites, as well as other channels. But users are in no hurry to take advantage of the modernization. The goal of this research is to study and improve the mobile app of the company "Forum Cinemas" in order to promote its use and popularity in the user environment. The performance of the app and the statistics of ticket sales were studied in more detail to improve user satisfaction, as well as to create a contribution to the company, both financially and innovatively. In the study, a prototype of the app was developed, based on the data obtained by conducting a literature analysis, a user survey, as well as an interview with a company representative. The result of the research can be used to improve the app of the company "Forum Cinemas", as well as in the development of the Latvian cinema industry.
