Inovāciju ietekme uz Baltijas valstu resursu izmantošanas efektivitāti elektroenerģijas ražošanā

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt inovāciju ietekmi uz resursu izmantošanas efektivitāti elektroenerģijas ražošanā Baltijas valstīs. Pētījumā tika veikta zinātniskās literatūras analīze, kā arī īstenotas ekspertu intervijas un speciālistu aptaujas, apkopojot rezultātus. Tika aprēķināta elektroenerģijas ražošanas resursu izmantošanas efektivitāte, izmantojot pielāgotu pievienotās vērtības metodoloģiju. Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka inovācijas, kā uzlaboti izejmateriāli, aprīkojums un digitalizācijas tehnoloģijas, veicina resursu izmantošanas efektivitāti. Tāpat konstatēti arī galvenie šķēršļi inovāciju ieviešanā - tehnoloģiskie un finansiālie, kā arī normatīvā regulējuma izaicinājumi. Tiek sniegti priekšlikumi inovāciju integrēšanas uzlabošanai resursu izmantošanas efektivitātes veicināšanai elektroenerģijas ražošanā Baltijas valstīs.

The aim of the work is to determine the innovation impact on the resource efficiency electricity generation in the Baltic States. In the research, an analysis of the scientific literature was carried out, as well as expert interviews and specialist surveys, the results are summarized. The resource efficiency of electricty generation was calculated using an adjusted added value based methodology. The results of the study show that innovations such as improved materials, equipment and digitization technologies contribute to an increase in resource efficiency. The main obstacles in the implementation of innovations are also identified - technological and financial, as well as regulatory challenges. Proposals are presented for improving the integration of innovations and promoting the resource efficiency in electricity production in the Baltics.
